Yeah I used BW, only BW... I have to take more pics still today. I got like 8 or 9 good pics of the car yesterday, so I'll have to do another photodrive on Autumn ring...
That car is really a great car to drive BTW. 👍

I am well aware of the "risk" of making an update that has only BW pics, but I thought it hasn't been done that often and also because I thought the S800 looks awfull in color :yuck: I'm pretty happy with this update, but that doesn't mean you'd be :)

Really nice and elegant update SG...I really like the last shot. But this update is boring to me because it looks too old because the fade to the color looks weird. I would've done complete black and white and just have grey's...But maybe my monitor is effed up also?

Hehe... Hondas are the best cars the earth holds 👍 But maybe I'll redo some of those pics later and make them grey(er).
 
That's cool. I wouldn't say Honda is the best, because there is Nissan, Toyota, Ferrari, Lamborgini, etc. There all good cars, it just depends how others like what on it.
 
@ ekmatt yeah, Ferraris at least are better, but I put Ferraris and Hondas in different categories and Honda rules it's group and Ferrari rules it's own.

@ freddy I could've take even more two-wheel pics if I wanted since that car just loves to get it's tires of the ground. Everytime I went to the "bus-stop" it did it, might be because I tend to cut the curves very much... and thanks!
 
SkylineGoes, I really like the S800 RSC set, and it's reminded me that I have an old set somewhere on my computer of it taking on other historic race cars at Midfield. I was going to even do a similar desaturation to give the pictures a real "period feel". So it's nice to see someone else have a similar desire to present the car that way :)

That said, I like the entire second row of thumbs. Awesome work 👍

And thanks. I might do some more BW pics, not sure if a whole update, but some in the future. This one left a good impression. It's just the editing of B&W pics that isn't so much fun, I find it rather hard...
 
Nice gallery, i like the S800 update, but nothing like the Toyota 7, amazing pics, specially the first and last.

I knew the S800 wouldn't be as good as the T7, but it was something that hadn't been done quite that much (the BW update), so I thought I'd do it.
 
Yeah... the yesterday didn't quite work out like I planned, so I didn't have time to do the update I promised and I even didn't have time to take any new photos. But I'll go with what I have. I'll give you a bigger X-mas update before Christmas, propably on thursday. But here's a smallish update:

I know that this update isn't quite as nice as the T7 was, but it's all I was able to do in such a short period of time. And also it's something new for me too cause usually I don't drift that much but the Monaro is made for drifting. So, you like it or not, just let me know.
And like said already, I'll treat you with a better update before Christmas! I'll be back soon!

Great work man! I really love the looks of that car with the black rims.
Thumbnails 2 and 5 are just amazing :crazy: !! The 5th would fit very well in the advanced competition of this week (cover pictures). Maybe brighten it a little up....no don't, had a look at it again => just brilliant!! 👍 👍

My last update for the year 2005 is here! I spent quite a lot of time with taking these pics and I hope you all like them. Ofcourse all kinds of criticism is welcome, like always. So, with no further talking, I present to you

I thought that the last update could reflect my name somehow so I thought using a Skyline would do the trick. Also I wanted to use a very summery location to pull your thoughts away from the cold winter and the decision was easy; Amalfi looks hot! Literally.
New updates will be posted next year. While waiting, feel free to comment on this update and the previous ones as well.

And the Skyline set, the R32 is my favourite Skyline generation so you'll know what is coming. In short: excellent work. To explain a bit more, all the pictures with those weird but gorgeous-looking red trees are great, the first one of the second thumbnail row pretty much sums up this update. :)

Thanks mate! The R32 is my favourite Skyline too, so that's pretty much why I used it instead of the R34 or R33.
