Nascar and FGT event

I put these two events off for very last because I am having trouble with them. Can anyone help me with car setups or tips for these two.

no help lo because I am in the same boat as you.....by the way put your f1 with all assists makes it much easier buuuut still cant catch the first car and feels like cheating so stopped form doing that.

For the f1 event just make sure you're taking the correct line for each corner and you wont have a problem, turn on driving line if you want and put on assists if that's how you prefer to drive. However for the NASCAR event be careful with brake and throttle control as you don't want to spin out all the time.
