It seems (they say) hardly anybody shares their NASCAR tune.
At least when it is a good tune (good tune equals lots and lots of testing).

Normal tunes you could find in the tuning section.

With NASCAR it's like thousandths of a seconds. I don't blame them for not sharing it when it probably takes hundreds and hundred of laps.

i can share my best NASCAR Tune I do not have any problem, the problem is that I have it in another psn account, and I still do not want to finish with my trades

If you have your best tune in another account. Why don't you just copy the tune to the account you want it on?
NASCAR are premium cars, so no need to transfer the car 👍

It seems you're just looking to trade for a car that's already borken in, more than you're interested in a tune.
As others have stated B-Spec-ing while you're away from the PS3 or asleep is a good way to do so. Or join an online Lounge at Route-X and run 10-15 laps real quick.
