I played once, and had only one person in my online race. He happened to have a huge representation of the male reproductive organ on the hood, and proceeded to spin me out on the first corner and then drive backward around the track. Not fun.

Have they ever patched the game yet, so that it's not destroying steering wheels? I bought it on launch day, and only played it for about 30 seconds because it felt like the FF was trying to pull my wheel both ways at the same time. My wheel was making crazy noises that I had never heard before. I then started to read more and more about peoples wheels dying while playing the game.

They did, but in certain ways, it's made the game even worse. The lag is absolutely horrible. They're blaming it on our NAT settings, yet everyone seems to be having this problem.

I honestly wouldn't expect it to be any better. I've lost all faith in this company's ability to create a quality NASCAR game. Moved to iRacing a little over a month ago. With the New Tire Model launching tomorrow, I don't see myself looking back.

I stopped playing this game online because of the lag and connection problems. I couldn't count how many times an online race started for me when the leader was already on lap 3 or so....
