hopefully this issue PSN had was the main cause, everyone was somewhat hopping like a Kangafuri, :lol: even you struggled to maintain connection, lets hope its sorted come race time,

Partly down to BT being muppets, had internet issues in house for last few days... starting to level itself out now...

By the way, holy 🤬 ! Ping up 6, but damn the connection speed has gone up from 8!!!

my upload is 670.3kbps

Here was my internet speeds, before they started being peanuts and things my download was around the high 11Mbps mark and upload was around the high 8kbps mark,

I got no idea which is better, or even if either are considered reasonable,

I averaged 11.0 and 7 for the last year so it's not bad.
 
I moved last year, my connection was so much better in the old house, (on the other side of the river) but I was always NAT 3 for some reason, I only assume that's worse,

Never been sure about that in all honesty. What's your speedtest figures GK?
 
That has happened since being on the Island, they are in the process of laying cable internet which should improve things drastically, assuming they replace the cable, The issue is they patched it, works fine for iRacing, and COD and many other PC based and PS3 based games, just not with GT5 and particularly Daytona lately, I purchased a fibre optic cable for a hard line to the router, that really didn't help at all,
 


My upload is 2/3rds of what yours is, it's my download that lets me down :(

that speedtest.net won't allow me to do a speed test, yet it recognizes my server, wtf?

Yet you're line quality is A? It's the jitter perhaps that let's it down?

Also GK, you plan on attempting to make any events this season?

I click "Test my connection" and it just comes up with additional junk I already have (google chrome etc) wtf?
