?

BTW, anyone hear the comment about someone's going to be killed between now and Talladega b/c it's getting a lot more aggressive?

Tonights IROC race was a perfect example. Steve Kinser was flipped cuz he got bumped to hard. I don't think bump drafting should be outlawed but I do think they need to be less aggressive with it.

NASCAR said that they were considering taking out the re-enforcements on the nose of the car so that if bump drafting did occour, it would have an adverse effect on the car, and theoretically work against the person who is doing it...

Well the 500 was a pretty good race. I don't care much for Jimmy Johnson winning but hey at least a chevy won.

Tony Stewart really surprised me with his driving after complaing about all the agressive driving.

Also there was no "Big One" this time. It the first time that's happened in awhile.

No fooling. He was full of excuses afterwards, too. Lots of comments about how he was just fighting back, etc. I guess the good-natured stewart of last year is gone.

I was REALLY happy to see Mears out front. This could be his year to break out.

I personally dont have a problem with Tony Stewart and his actions, I kind of like him because of it.

It was a pretty good race overall, espically when considering how crappy the weather was. I was happy to see so many different drivers and cars up at the front, and it looks as though most of whom traded teams are comfortable enough in their new rides to possibly win.

I'm still a Tony Stewart fan it just was kinda shockin at how obvious he wreck Matt Kenseth. There was just no way that you could make an excuse for that. I just hope he calms down before he gets himself suspended

Am I the only one who finds multiple ironies in Kurt Busch driving the Miller car?

How so? I don't know much of his past except his time in the Nextel Cup.

First off, Anheuser-Busch corporation makes Budweiser.
Second, he got fired by Jack Roush for a DUI in Phoenix

...Busch didnt get fired, his contract was going to be up at the end of the season anyway...

They called that a "suspension" as Jack Roush didnt want Busch driving his cars if he was going to be carrying that negitive press with him.

...Funny thing was, Busch could have won the Cup, but his stupid actions put him in 10th.

Matt Kanseth won the race today. I miss the majority of it cuz the crappy tivo didn't start taping until I got home at lap 158 of 250. I was a relatively cuation free race up until the last 100 miles.

Oh OK.

...Well it was made offical today, the Impala is going RWD in the next few years as a part of the Zeta program. That means the American Impala will be the same as the Australian Commodore... Now Dodge will have a real NASCAR compeditor not only on the track, but on the street as well...

Anyone care to see the Impala SS and Daytona duke it out like back in the day?

more rwd = more gooder

Who watched the Busch race this weekend? I love that track, would like to see more races run at it.

Well the 600 was actually a pretty good race this time around. It the first time in the last couple years it wasn't boring at all.

Tony Stewart looked pretty banged up after his wreck. I haven't seen anything saying exactly what he injured but it all stemmed from a vicious wreck in the busch race on saturday night.
