Nat type 3 is the worse kind of Nat type you can get. It means that you have Wireless connection but it's limited/restricted. You might have to set up your Router and PS3 manually, I believe this is called "DMZ". I've done it a few times but it took me an hour or more and still failed this is because accessing Telecom (My internet provider) is so damn hard to work with.
