Description:
2min Video, 12MB, Metalcore, Action Packed, Enjoyable Editing, Speed Drifts, Feints,Huge Angle Drifts.Trust me this is not your average "watch me drift crappy fwd cars" video. Its a fun video and i had fun making it.

You certainly got some nice drifts there, pretty impressive for FF since you extended some of those drifts pretty far.. I don't drift FF myself, so I can't comment much on that... but it looked promising :)

I do have some comments on editing though (pretty general)..
- Crop the source video to get rid of the washed out borders
- Try to avoid switching replay modes just before you capture (see that orange icon in the top left corner?)... or you could add a letterbox to mask it out
- Some of those drifts could benefit from a little bit of slow motion.. which also would help balance the overall editing pace (it's a bit hectic at times). Slow-motion also works very well with that kind of music ;)
 
lol I know i don't like to clean up when editing.
I plan on doing a better job when i put together a full feature.
This was just alot of fun.

Awesome stuff. I might try a FF drifting movie for myself :) One question though, can you PM me on how you tune your FF cars? Thanks man.
 
To be dead honest i setup all the cars the exact same.
Power:
Tune the cars NA because you get better low end torque that way.
Shoot between 310hp and 350hp
If its not enough you wont be able to pull the car around long turns, If its much you will spin tires and lose speed on your drifts.
KEEP THE STANDARD CLUTCH if possible
and go for a 2 WAY LSD
Settings:

Spring rate: 6.0/5.0
Ride height: 90/90
Shock bound: 4/1
Shock rebound: 2/2
Camber angle: 7.0/3.0
Toe angle: 4.0/2.0
Stabilizers: 4/7

LSD Setting:
Initial Torque: X
LSD Accel: X
LSD Decel: X

Brake ballance: STANDARD

TCS: 0
ASM: 0

Downforce: STANDARD

VCD Setting: STANDARD

Ballast:
Front: 0
Rear: 200 (all weight in the rear, some car might not need as much 200)
You will have need feel around and see what you can handle.
NOW GET ON IT!

Wow, it seem you have to countersteer like crazy.
 
The game engine is very unique. Its not like anything i have ever played.
i would say its geared toward arcade racing but really its not. Its more like a drifting sim. All the cars have serious oversteer.... your job is to countersteer yourself around various styles of turns using your clutch (R1) to keep your revs high. it would be cool if it had GT4 game physics. lol but as we all know if it did have GT4 physics the game would be WAY to hard for the average the gamer. I still know people that can kill me on time attack that can't drift in GT4.

This was my first total FF vid but i have always throw ff into my other videos.
When they drift the way i drift people didnt really notice that it was a ff drifting.
I thought your video was entertaining but it didnt make me want to try fwd drifting in GT4. I hope my video will make people try it. If not because they like the way i made the cars drift. Than because its very challenging. 👍

its funny that i just tryed drifting on the ring, i have not had much time to work on another track. ILL have another soon.
 
People are scared of the ff action.
I tend to stay away from awd.
It just doesnt look cool to me.
I also found it to be to easy.
FR AND FF are pretty tough to master in GT4
