Spoke too soon on the house, blardy thing was built during the "Leaky homes" error so we're getting it tested for that $$$$$$$. Good thing I'm rich eh?

Agent, so far have spent over a grand checking the house out. In the 90's in NZ they decided to use untreated timbre in the framework of houses with plaster over polystyrene cladding. Basically if any water gets in, you're farked! Just sick of all the BS involved. Over 500 bucks for someone to put a water probe on a wall. Robbery.
 
today I have made the decision to step down as head of the ncr racing league and leave the series. I trust you all help rager in anyway you can to continue to make it a success. Thankyou all and good luck

On a side note we have just pulled out of the deal on our house, over a $1000 down the drain. FARK THIS HOUSE BUYING ****!

if the nz market is anything like the Aussie market, you can build a house cheaper than buying a pre standing one, and when you move with just a couple of gardens you have improved your value buy 20 grand trouble is getting a block where you want to live

nah won't work Greg. no drive thru shoe shop on gt5 lol and if she get involved she will want her skirt back and it's my favorite
 
notes round 7 spa. weather again boys so you all know the drill. be very careful to not cut chicane or run up the hill. in the last race here a few boys were pushing their luck with the little left turn before going up the hill. be sure two wheels inside white lines both inside and outside of corners. good luck and see you Sunday room open 1.45pm and qualify starts 2pm. 4pm nz time
 
Since the selling of the back up silva have been resorted to using primary car. In my last practice session hade a moment and major work is need.
 
notes for new series. to keep both fields full and after a request from a few of you, it will now be possible to compete in both series, but there's a catch. your grading for the final raceoff will be from the series you are allocated to, so in my case my final position in the Sunday series dictates whether I'm in a or b race off. anyone who wants to do this let me know asap a spots will fill quickly. so I'mup for both. is there anyone else. also all lap times will be posted together from 1 to last soyou all know how your going compared to eachother. should make it fun
