So I'm planning to go to scan computers on Monday UK and buy a new fanatec 5nm wheel bundle for 589.00

Is there anywhere offering better deals or does anyone know of a discount code for anywhere

Next question I was planning on buying a third party booster kit for 43.00 new of amazon take it to 8nm, does anyone have any experience of these.

Last question is there any drop in performance of lap times after using this wheel for so long because of heat when your on max ffb.

Scan / Overclockers seem to have the best prices for Fanatec stuff in the UK, I ordered a Clubsport DD+ from Scan yesterday (to replace my csl dd) from them even with shipping it was cheaper than the sim racing specalists in the UK.

No problems with heat related issues for me mwith the csl dd, the case barely gets warm most of the time.

Thanks for that buddy, I know your a pretty sound guy and I value your opinion,

I've watched all your races in a real car to on YouTube in the BMW.

I think a lot you and truly respect you buddy,
I'll go with your answer lol. I never thought I would ever here from you , it is you I take it m, the Bulgarian lad who's a semi pro racing driver 😊

Nice one buddy, I was concerned by something another racer said, I was in a bit of a dilemma whether to get a DD extreme 15nm

Digitracing, i watch his races sometimes and he said he could only ever beat his lap times he set with a DD pro 5nm on gran turismo by 2/10 with DD extreme 15nm.

But he said something else in another vid, that with higher strength ffb wheels there better on other games like I racing and assetta Corsa for long term use and heating issues , but not sure whether he was he was including the DD pro 5nm when he said all 5nm ffb wheels

lol 😂 no worries thanks anyways

It’s not about lap times it’s about detail in the fbb, I have my new base and have set ff. strength to 50 percent in game so in terms of torque being applied it’s the same as the 8nm CSL DD.

Saying that in Raceroom I notice very little difference will try LMU later (PC gamer), this thing will now last me until it expires, 15Nm is more than enough!

Not sure about Amazon ones, but I ordered my from AliExpress for cheap and used it for a couple months now. Works without issues.
