I just want to do the italian festival in euro championship, and I don't know wich car buy? I bought a Lancia Stratos ans it suck, a Alfa Romeo and it suck, a Fiat coupe Turbo and it suck. please help me!

The stratos is a fantastic car, you ned to learn to appreciate how good it is for 190Bhp and made in the 70's. Anything with over 300Bhp should do the trick no problem, if I recall the competition is in cars like the 157 and 147GTA ect.

The stratos has a very short wheel base, although this makes for very little understeer, it also can illicit slides. It requires some finese to drive, however once you have mastery, it is very fun to slide it about.

Good Italian cars are the Paganis (any of them are complete slaughter) and the Citeza C16T. With the exception of the C12, the other Zondas need some finese and the C16T adheres to very strict racing rules (ie brakes striaght, trottle after apex)

no way, u did not just say the alfa romeos suck. the 147 gti or sumtin version was great. i won the race no sweat wiht seconds ahead of the game. there was no compettion, and little tuning was required

The Alfa Romeo 147 GTA is sufficient for the Italian Cup. The cars are slower, but when you race them in a car that's evenly matched, it makes for a fun series.

this is one of my favorite cups in gta.. i love the stratos in this race.. have some fun with this car, do not hate, appreciate it for what it's worth, if you want to smoke the competition than go for the zonda, but if you want a relatively close race than get a stratos and find a set-up you like.. you wont be sorry for long :)

Seconded. With practice, the Stratos will lay hot death on every other car in that series simply because of the AIs ineptness at FF drivetrains.

It is perfectly possible to 200 A-Spec this series using the Alfa Romeo Spider 1600 Duetto ‘66 and the Integrale '91 (second hand). The Duetto is something of a favourite of mine and handles like a dream (altho' somewhat lacking in the power department).
