I'm now at 72% completion on the game. Like Moglet said, the AI is crap and whilst the game is overall easy, especially with the new patch solving the framerate issues and making it smoother and easier to play (Moglet I disagree with you about the patch, sorry!), the AI have loads of stupidly annoying advantges over you.

I've been playing Undercover a lot recently. I was very suprised to see that when I loaded up the game today there was a patch to download. This patch has fixed all the framerate problems in the game, it now runs super smooth which is a good thing.

After I downloaded the patch today, I did a few events and after one of the events I heard the police speaking about a guy falling of a skateboard, and that the guy was from New San Vanelona....Advertising?

Anyone found anymore Easter eggs and stuff like that?
 
Does the MC series still have awesome customisation options like it used to have? I enjoyed DUB even though I found it very difficult near the end and the customisation options were very detailed in that game.

It's looking like I'll be trading it in after all. 👍

MCLA has thousands of decal options which is cool.

Check the MCLA thread above, you can get an idea of the customization options from the Pictures the guys have posted. There is a good community of guys that get together and race also.

Undercover has just been given a retroactive trophy patch.

This is very annoying. How can NFSUC get a retroactive trophy patch while other games such as Burnout Paradise or Ferrari Challenge doesn't? It would save me a HUGE amount of time from starting all over again. They should make trophy patches retroactive for all games, otherwise it's unfair for those who have bought the game early and completed some of the requirements.
 
I got up to 84% completion and my PS3 died. EA won't let you copy the game save, so when I got another PS3, I had to start the game from the beginning again. In 2 evenings, I got back to 43%. I for one find the game entertaining with an expansive world getting larger with the FREE download of additional map areas and number of events. I find the course deliniation to be more intuitive than MC LA which I found difficult to navigate without missing critical turns as the clock runs out .... very frustrating.

NFSU isn't a great game by any means, but it is easy to jump into and kill some time and still have fun without the frustration that MC LA gave me. All games have their quirks and glitches and none of them are perfect. I just don't think it's as bad as it's made out to be in this thread :dopey:

The online portion includes private rooms for you and your friends and supports voice chat so that you can talk to each other very clearly while racing.
 
Bororowed it from a friend the other the day and this game is bugged. i downloaded the patch and all and still the game had trouble loading some areas...ON A PS3!!! Even PS2 didn't had these problems a lot. Gonna rack up my trophies then.
 
The Patch ****** up the vissuals on my cars! I am seriously unhappy now, spent 10 hours on my lambo...(if you think that's bad, 25 hours on an elise on pro street, pro street's better)

Got the trophy patch and once I'm complete, which is in a couple events, I should have racked up 100% and also my first platinum.:dopey:

ANFD- Like I said before there are some pretty cool things about this game. Tuning is awesome, as is the story (quite hard to follow though.) It's just the crappy framerate, gameplay, and graphics which really let it down.
 
undercover womped ! i rented it played 1 hour and brought it back swapped 4 mirrors edge(cool game). i liked prostreet more. only goodthing was maggie q.did not enjoy most wanted or carbon either .hot pursuit2 was my fave,still play it on my ps2 .i own 40gb ps3 so i kept my ps2.
