And when is it time to buy a better Tier car?

You can only use your (real) money to buy SpeedBoosts
(But they sometimes releases SpeedBoosts for free, but not in a large amount )

About your 2nd question... when you've got enough cash, just buy.

Question: I've got 160,000 Cash, and I can now buy the Z4 M Coupe. Should I buy it, or should I save the money for the El Camino? I'm asking this because the BMW seems to be a nice car, and I've still got a long way from the El Camino (in terms of Cash)

Anyway, question:
I'm now (finally) Lv20, and I'm only ~70,000 away from the El Camino SS. But I looked through the dealer, and found there is an IS-F with rather good performance and the same price as the El Camino.
So I'd like to ask: Can the El Camino be upgraded? If so, then which one has better stats, a fully upgraded IS-F, or a fully upgraded El Camino SS?

(BTW, the El Camino doesn't look any appealing to me , so I'm considering the IS-F, which looks better IMO )

Audi TT RS, it has cosmic now, decent acceleration and good handling but it's a little hard to control.

Usually most of the people who speak English goes to the EN server... It's the people who speak foreign languages don't know how to switch to their places, and goes to the EN server to talk...
But, strange thing is, there is usually somebody who replies to them there

Edit: another question: Which of them earns more Cash and Reputation? A race, or a Team Escape? (Assume they're both unlocked at the same level, there are 8 players in the race and 4 players in the Escape, and you finish 1st in the race, while all players escaped from the Team Escape.)

Ahh nice. So my favourite mode is still the one with the most earnings (except I got a little bored with playing the same escape over and over again )

also an update doubled the cash and XP bonuses, so that means you can now level up 2x faster than before.

Yay! I finally unlocked 'Underground', which means I can now earn money and Reputation faster, and I'll be less bored by now

Underground and High Stakes give a better rate of cash and xp then the 4-player escapes. But the Undercover State cops are as heavy as the Corvettes in single player pursuits, and the Rynos and spike-strips are in trickier spots to evade and keep speed. I prefer High Stakes, me.

High Stakes (and mistery packs or should I call them misery packs) have an higher chance of dropping the all new ultra parts than any other race.

Just played Underground and, Boy! The Challengers are heavy tanks I tried it with my Evo IX and a lot of powerups, but no use, I get caught very quickly
Later then, I rented the 911 Turbo 'Glacier', to see if that improved anything, but still no
So I'm now playing Tier 3 Team Escapes, but it doesn't earn as much as my old Tier 2 Team Escape! What am I supposed to do now?!

Edit: And the 911 Turbo is nowhere near 'Good'
