O oqvist Messages 1,639 Jul 6, 2008 #3 Must be cannot be pushed it´s not that hard to push lol. You could open it up and see if the plastic casing or something is stuck... Voids your warranty yes but the pots is sequre and all so they are very mod friendly

Take it back to the shop and get it replaced....its only a day old and its faulty.
