Hi all,
I need help getting this trophy, after much pointless spending I finally managed to get a round figure- £8695

How can I spend all of this?
I can figure it out if it was £8650, its the extra £25 thats stumping me!

Help please!

The best way is just to get to $20mil and buy a Ford Mark IV, Ferrari P4 etc. One of the 20mil cars. I don't know how to get rid of your $8695 though ;/

Its a real PITA lol

I wanted 10k but cant see any races that will give the difference, and online races prize money is unpredictable...

The Easiest way for me was to back up my save in a USB and start a new game and spend my 20,000 credits in 4 go carts. Then just restore your save.

Have a look in the UCD for any cars that'll round it to a decent number e.g 12,195cr. Do a few races to get enough money for it and you'll be left with an '00 number. Then you can work out how to get it

Ive been trying everything but keep missing it, like yesterday I had 1 credit. 1 FREAKING CREDIT!!

Annoying lol

1. Back up your game save.
2. Start a new game.
3. Buy a $19,000 Miata.
4. Do a $1,000 tune.
5. Earn trophy.
6. Reload backup game save.

If you've got 8695, then look for something with a price ending in 5 (or 95 is even better). Then you'll have XX90, so look for something with a price ending in 90. Then you'll have XX00, so look for some stuff in nice even numbers that adds up to that.

I just looked for a car in the UCD with the same last two numbers as credits I had. In other words I had like XXX,X76 Cr and found a crap car for XX,X76. Bought it and then just bought cars in the Premium Dealership with round numbers. To finish off the last few hundred dollars I did oil changes and car washes.

EDIT: JackC8 beat me to it

Might sound lame but I want to "earn" the trophy, using a usb stick just feels like cheating in a way....

I understand you. You can earn that trophy in 4 ways.

1. Use the USB exploit.
2. Save up to $20 millions.
3. Lucky.
4. Careful spending.

I earned it with method no 2. But with AutoGrinder TX-2011. Using tape instead of rubber bands.

... Isn't it extra 45?? I think the "Race Air Filter" is that much... not logged in to say for sure though.

If you want to 'earn' the trophy, you're going to have to start searching the used car lot for a car that will put your credits to a multiple of £250.

For example with your £8695, you'll need to buy a car that costs for £x195, £x445, £x695, or £x945. Lets say you find a car for £6945. That will put you at 1750. You could then buy the £250 sport air filter, the £500 catalytic converter, and the £1000 ECU chip.

What are your current credits? I'll tell you what cost of a used car you'll need to purchase to get your credits rounded to a number that will be easy to get to 0.

Precisely what I had to do, only my last number was a 3. :ouch: A lot of UCD scouring and calculator work there...

Thats what ive been doing for days now lol
It took forever to get to a round ten!
I will endure I guess...seems the UCD only wants to throw out cars with odd numbers :banghead:

Before the games were savable to USB, I just checked the UCD after every race and bought the cheaper model cars that would help subtract the last two digits of my credits so that it wound up being either 00 or 50. Then it just a matter of buying only round number priced cars and tuning items until your credits are down to 0.

When I decided I wanted to have a crack at this trophy I had XXX,363 CR. Opened up the used car dealership and without even having to scroll there was a car for YYY,363 lol. After that, it was a cakewalk buying tuning parts with nice round numbers :)

Finally done it!!!
Managed to get 16650 co just brought tuning parts.
I had to do a A-spec amateur race and make sure I came 3rd to get the right amount of money, but yes, I finally have the trophy!

I'm working on that at the moment too... I haven't gone down to one credit like you ... which sounds horrible man!! but I'm almost there (I think)....:ill:

I used the car wash and used car lot. You just need to find a cheap used car that's within a multiple of $50 of the amount you have. So for your $8695, you just have to look for a car price that ends in either 95 or 45, and is less than 8695 of course :) Then just keep washing cars to use up the rest of the cash. If there's nothing available, start a race and quit right away, and repeat until a 94 or 45 appears.
