Need help to find proper resolution

Ive got it plugged into computer through the S-Video cable, and I'm wanting to know what resolution do i run it at?

I can edit in the resolutions manually.

Any resolution that's widescreen? Try 1280 x 768. Or 640 x 334 (it doesn't seem to be a HDTV).
