Need help with DGFT

My wheel came today, and I am having problems with it, the pedals and the steering part work, but thats it. None of the buttons on the wheel work, sometimes the PS button works.

I did go to the wheel button settings, but that hasn't helped.
 
Ill make it short and simple. You have a faulty wheel.
But i saw that if that happenes on the thrustmaster wheel if you turnt it all the way to the left and plug it in it will work. Try it.
 
A) This isn't a Thrustmaster wheel.
B) This isn't a calibration problem.

Try the wheel on a PC if you have one and check if the buttons work there. You'll probably have to return it.
 
Well I have tired everything I can think of, the paddle shifters don't work either, I just hope I wont have to fight to get my money back, the down side to buying on ebay sometimes.
 
How much did you get it for, out of curiosity? If you paid with PayPal, you can go through them for the returns....

I actually bought mine from Best Buy of all places for $99.
 
Well I paid $120 for the wheel, I went logitec support and they confrimed that the wheel is dead. They had me hook it up to my PC and none of the buttons registered on the PC.

Well the good news is I contacted the seller and I already have my money back, the seller is leaving it up to me if I want to send it back.

I always use PayPal online unless I am shopping with a chain store or along those lines.

You could use it as a secondary wheel, like for your second player. If you say only the buttons don't work then that means the axis do. The 1st player wheel can control all the menus, and the second player can play the game, sans buttons. Like on automatic transmission.

Not pretty, but if you have the choice to keep it, might as well do so.
