No one does. I'd assume not for a few years which is WHY THEY NEED TO START GIVING US BETTER DLC MORE REGULARLY SO WE DON'T GET BORED
 
Are you sure the User is the same. Not the Online ID but the User when you start up the PS3.

I'll give them a chance cause they told me to send them the burned ps3 to check it out.
I told them that if i send it to them and they can send me a new one back i would like to make their technicians to make it like it was before.
Just try to find a way to play in my account!!!
They told me that someone can look at my problem so we'll wait

Does your old PS3 turn on at all? If it's just the disc read section burnt out, you can still use a double-sided USB cord and transfer all your data from the old PS3 to new and that should eliminate any corruption caused by a USB flashdrive. If that doesn't work, you may be out of luck.

Or you may have to change the internal name of the PS3 to match what the old one's was - Ie. "My PS3" or "Kleo's GT5 gaming machine" The setting is in the options menu under system configuration, I believe.

You could also use an ethernet cable. just connect ps3-1 to video1 and ps3-2 to video2 on the tv and connect them to each other through the ethernet cable. In the settings menu there is an option for data transfer. It turns the new ps3 into the old ps3. Thats what I did when my disc drive went ka-put on me. It worked marvelously. Took 3 hours but hey thats no biggie.

I found some money today and i bought a new ps3
I have a big problem though
I put the online ID of the old ps3 and when i play it say to me that i cant
play with someone else's save data!!!
Does anybody knows what the f... i should do????
I paid a lot of money today and i'm very pissed now!!!
I have played from 2008 that game and i cant afford to start again
9thousand days of play in the game,how can i make it again????

Best of luck, technology has a knack for failing you when you need it to work. Everyone that has seen the drag leaderboards and knows your reputation as a very skilled drag racer. PD made the save backup only compatible with the ps3 system it originated on (so people can't just give their complete garage save file to someone that just started the game) but the save backup is pretty worthless if your system crashes.
 
My account login on the ps3 is the email adress I used to register my username. It just set itself up that way. Did you try that?

Wow, I wasn't aware that you could do it via ethernet as well. I thought it was USB transfer to another PS3 only. Or swapping harddisks.
