I was wondering if anybody has any information on a green EUNOS MX5 that is in the game. It is all modded out. Green with red tow hook, decals. I've seen it a few times in "demo" mode. I'm thinking of buying a used mx5 and thought it would be neat to make it look like the one in the game. I also saw a white one in game with black spoiler and black livery. If anybody could post a pic it would be much appreciated. I also want to know the year, model or trim, and any other info on the car. Does it even really exist or was it created by the PD team. Thanks.

Sounds like the MX-5 TC, part of the Racing Car Pack 1 DLC.

This???

Like Famine said, its the MX-5 TC.

I got it with the xl pack and I like the RX-7 and the MX-5 all the rest are eh.

edit: cool to see another STL metro inhabitant. I live just across the river near alton

Yes thats the one. Anybody know if it is a real car? what year it is? trim? any more info on it outside of gt5? looking at buying a used mx5 in real life and replicating this. one of my faves in gt5.

The MX-5 is a great beginners track car (as I've heard) - lightweight and has decent power. Don't listen to those who say it's a "women's car."

The TC is a fictional car created by PD, but I'm certain you could find a Miata like the TC, weld up a roll cage, find a wing and body kit (an actual body kit - not a cardboard mockup), lightweight rims, some performance engine parts (or buy a perfoance block and do a complete rebuild with performance pistons, rods, etc.), paint it, and you'll have your own real MX-5 TC. I'm pretty sure there's some Miata racing leagues - it'd be pretty cool to see a GT5 replica racing for real 💡.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of the RX-7 TC as well.

Just noticed that you're in Wood River. My wife has friends there. Gotta get over to Fast Eddie's again soon. It's been too long.

Thanks guys. I love that cars looks. Can anybody pinpoint a year/ color code on that mx5?

No, because there isn't one.

It's based on the NA Eunos Roadster (1989-1997) and the base colour looks like basic "British Racing Green" (Green Mica) offered as a colour from 1993 through to 1997 - but it doesn't make much sense to limit the age to that range given that it isn't a standard model car...

what do you mean don't limit the age? Do you mean use this scheme on any year mx5? I guess as long as its got the flip lights i should be able to kind of match it huh? I wonder what year is best.

I meant what I said. The colour only came on a certain age range - but the car isn't a stock example of a real world car so it doesn't mean the car is from that age range.

The nearest you can narrow it down to is "NA Eunos Roadster", which is 1989 to 1997. Like I said.

Yes, to "NA Eunos Roadster", which is 1989 to 1997. Like I said.

Best for what?
