Need Major Computer Display Help!

Most of my computer displays things as completely black, hence the pictures.

I NEED HELP!! I can't see the desktop properties to fix it so...I need a fix...please help...

It was everything, i barely managed to navigate display properties blindly to fix it on windows classic
