You need to manually download the flash plugin. Run the install, it won't autodetect firebird so there is a manual option to specify where you want to put the plugins.
So you direct the installer to look for mozillas plugin directory.
Which should be something like this.
C:\whatever folder it's in\MozillaFirebird\plugins
That's it.
