Need -sort of- urgent help with flash program..

Hey all, I'm trying to get this flash video, featuring my tutors at uni onto youtube so I can insert it into one of our lecture powerpoints for next week/the week after without them knowing, but am having problems capturing it.

The easy way is to download from the site, but that's a monthly subscription thing.. I've tried things like Hypercam, and DvdVideoSoft's Screen Video Capture program, but the latter doesn't record sound, and with the former, while the video is fine it uses my pc's microphone to record sound so it comes out a little crackly (I can live with that) but also has the sound of the fan whirring away over the top of the music.. Any help here??

A Google search for "elf yourself youtube" led me to this page, which recommends Replay Video Capture. I've never used screen recording software so there's nothing I can personally vouch for, but that may be useful for you.

Be warned that they really don't want to leave the site. I just checked out that link, when I tried to close the browser window I got a number of "please don't leave yet" type popup boxes. Any possibility of a sale to me just went out the window.
