Yep. and you can buy it for 20mill at level 40 in the NCD.

Dex, why waste an FGT just to test drive an X1? You probably won't even like it your first drive because you're not used to the speed. Keep your FGT and earn your own X1. It'll be much more satisfying in the end.

The reason why he wants to test drive one (I'm pretty sure this is the reason why) is because he's only level 12-13 or something like that, and it would take him a decade to get to 30 (No offense to Dex)

He is sadly right lol. I never really get time to play much, and grinding for 30 really seems far off.

Just to clarify this can be unlocked with level 30 B-spec too ,and I guess the level 40 one is for both A and B spec as well.
