Negative mass (and therefore gravity)

Is is possible to have negative gravity and mass? If not, what would happen if it did? Could this be a white hole? I assume it would just repel other objects, but it is still a question I was pondering...

Also, not really a question, but a theory...
Maybe when black holes grow larger and more abundant, they form a big mass of stuff, and then two electons collide and create another big bang?
Just having random thoughts ATM...

I don’t believe so – there is such a thing as antimatter, but its mass is still positive.

It would seem to me that the concept of two electrons colliding would be rather meaningless in a singularity.
