What do you consider yourself- a nerd or a jock? :)

I consider myself an "athletic nerd"... I'm in the top 1% at my school, yet I still am very good athletically (mainly things like track though... I can't stand team sports, I'm not a peoples person).

I chose "Niether". I'm one of, if not the most knowlageable person at my school when it comes to cars and stuff, but I'm no good at the sports they have. I'm not popular, mostly cause I get into arguements about cars I know about, then when I know all of the stuff the other person gets pissed and starts yelling at me.
But when someone needs to know something about cars, either they come to me or someone tells them to talk to me. I'm sorta like the car guy there...that's good to people who are into cars but to everyone else I'm just the regular kid at school...

ohh and I get good grades in classes I like, not so good grades in classes I don't, and I really don't care if other people like me, cause they don't see me out side of school, where I'm actually a pretty cool person...

True Maz, I suck at sports too, never liked it...whats the logic of throwing a heavy ball as far as u can ? (by this i mean shotput)

To me I never liked sports cause I didn't like standing in a field for hrs...racing is cool same with biking. I never did and still don't understand football. I don't like people touching me(well if it was a girl then that's perfectly fine with me...)and tackling me, I'm not a people's person at all. But to a lot of people it's fun...good for them, leave me out of it...

Hell we have a track why not have bike racing, and car racing too? There is a PE class that does biking, but they also do climbing and other stuff I totally suck at...

yea, my school is near this area called "The Bottoms", it's a bunch of deserted country like roads, I've been back there with my bro and we were flying around there....My PE class could have a race there...

Shotput?

:Olympics:
:donut:

And that's all I have to say about that.

i'm smart but i only do enough so i can play, what i mean with this is i just try to keep my gpa over a 2.000 so i can play, and i don't know if i'm just a jock 'cos i also do stuff that athletes shouldn't do like drink and smoke weed and such.
I think i had a thread like this somewhere...?

lol. A 2.4 may be A-okay with you, but it's low C-okay to your teachers. hahahahahahaha. Sorry. Had to.

Well, I have 2 As, a B, several Cs, and then Ds and an F, F is in Algebra, it's the worst class I've ever had, and I really don't care if I get an F in it or not...

oops, sorry if you did... :o *too lazy to use search*

btw Mazkid, I'm exactly the same... I enjoy sports where I am the team. (For example, biking, running, occasionally swimming, hiking [well, not a competitive sport], etc.) The only "team" sport that I can stand watching is football... I can't stand to play it though. The rest I just simply can't stand. :D But I do enjoy watching car races (G*wd-da**it, why aren't there rally races in the U.S.?!?).

So, basically, I play any sports involving the leg muscles (I have terrible upper body strength), but what I watch is slightly more varied. (Car races, football).

Yet, I'm still a nerd. School's important to me. What's kinda interesting though is that even though I'm in the top 1%, I'm still relatively popular... notice the word "relatively". I pretty much get along with 95% of the kids in my age group, and haven't been in a fight with anyone for at least 3, maybe 4 years... ;)

OMFG! I thought you were smart Mazkid!

I have a 4.0... that's A-okay with me. :D

Wow, too bad Algebra isn't good for you... my Algebra teacher (who is currently my Geometry teacher) is the absolute best teacher I have ever had... he's smart, has good moral values, and thinks deeply about things, makes kids work hard, yet is still at the same time funny and his class is the most enjoyable I've ever had...
