    Rules, Regulations, & General Info

    Series Format & Procedures:

There are 4 Drivers Championships and 2 Teams Championships for NES Season 5:

    Drivers Championships:
    - LMP Pro
    - GT3 Pro
    - LMP Am
    - GT3 Am

    Teams Championships:
    - LMP Overall
    - GT3 Overall

In the Teams Championships, teams with just 1 entry are still classified with the rest of the teams. Pro, Pro-Am, and Amateur teams will all be in the same overall championship, but will also be listed as whichever they fall under in the standings.
The drivers in the NES are divided into 2 categories; Pro and Am.
Pro drivers are the faster split, and Am drivers are the slower split. All drivers must go through a placement test before it is decided which split they belong in. Generally, the cut-off point in the past has been GT Sport Driver Rating B and lower if you want a rough idea of the pace of each split.

Finishing 1st in the Am split championship will lead to automatic promotion to Pro split for the following season, while finishing last in the Pro split championship will lead to automatic relegation to Am split for the following season.
The placement test consists of drivers given 7 lap stints on 2 different circuits in the car that the driver is planning to run in for the season. This is designed to gauge a drivers pace and which split they are better suited for (Pro or Am).

The tracks used for the placement tests are the following:

    - Lago Maggiore GP
    - Catalunya

Best lap times from each driver on each circuit will be recorded on a ranking board, and the replay footage will be saved by the moderators present for further assessment.

19:15: Pro and Am split lobby's open. Gathering period and free practice begins. Competitors go to the track for a BoP and success ballast inspection.

19:40: Qualifying procedure begins. Split reserves are contacted if spaces exist after the gathering period.

20:00: Qualifying procedure ends. Checks are made on PSN, GTPlanet and Discord for anyone running late. Competitors get a short break during this.

20:10: Race starts and lasts approximately for 1 hour.

21:10(ish): Race finishes. Incidents can be reported to any of the listed Moderators (not the reporters) in post #1 of this thread. Replay data must be saved by all moderators present, as well as anyone who is reporting an incident. Session ends.
Categories (LMP & GT3) will be seperated into 2 10 minute sessions. GT3 qualifying goes first, followed by LMP qualifying.
After the 10 minutes of each group is up, everyone on track who is no longer on a lap will be instructed to park up in sector 2. A screenshot of the live timing will be taken by the lobby host after all cars have completed their final lap.
The Race Start Procedure is a manual rolling start. All drivers must stay in the order that they qualified in during the formation lap in single-file.
The LMP category drives at 62 MPH (100KM/H)
The GT3 category drives at 50 MPH (80KM/H)
In the final sector of the circuit, the procedure changes from single-file to double-file. Odd numbers (1, 3, 5 etc) stay on the side closest to the pit wall. Even numbers (2, 4, 6 etc) stay on the side furthest from the pit wall. The race leader controls the start, and decides when to start accelerating after passing the pit lane entry up to the start/finish line.
Overtaking is not permitted before crossing the start/finish line.
Acceleration and braking should be smooth and steady. Always be aware of how close the cars behind and ahead of you, and remain 2 car lengths behind the car ahead until the last sector.
Weaving to warm up tyres is allowed, but not in the last sector.
Drivers are to type "MD" (Major/Mechanical Damage) in the lobby chat if they are involved in a major incident involving 2 or more cars, meeting the following criteria:

*A car leaves the circuit, significantly drops speed, or comes to a complete stop in a dangerous part of the circuit.
*The cars involved pick up 3 damage points between them (1 damage point for aero and suspension per item, 2 damage points for engine).

The Race Director or Commentator will react and review the incident in a replay (Keyboard function). If the incident is worthy of a Safety Car, then the Race Director/Commentator will type "SC. Pits closed" (Safety Car) in the lobby chat. If no actual Safety Car is present, then the LMP race leader takes that role by putting on their hazard lights.

An incident involving just 1 car cannot cause a Safety Car.

When a Safety Car period is called, although there is no speed limit, cars should NOT be reaching their limits. Remember that any time you might make up will be lost once you catch up to the train, so driving at race speed is pointless as well as dangerous. When approaching the back of the Safety Car train, make sure that you slow down in a smooth and safe manner so as to not collide with other cars. Not having a set speed limit should help speed up the process.

The pits will remain closed until the Race Director types "Pits open" in the lobby chat, which will happen once everyone has caught up to the Safety Car. Note that this does NOT allow for "emergency pitstops", so drivers of damaged cars should take extra care and drive slow enough to maintain control.

If the Safety Car does not pick up the leader (in class), then all of the cars that were caught out by the timing of the caution are allowed to overtake the SC and get that lap back. Note that cars that were already a lap down before the caution will NOT be able to unlap themselves if the SC has already picked up the leader (in class).

During this period no overtaking for position is allowed unless authorized by the Race Director. This includes passing cars of different categories, or cars that have picked up damage. Once caught up to the safety car, drivers must safely slow down further and follow it at a speed of 62 MPH (100KM/H). The Safety Car will also be driving at 62 MPH (100KM/H).

There should be a minimum gap of 2 car lengths between cars under SC conditions. Upon the restart, cars can bunch up in the last sector after the SC has been called back to the pits. Keep in mind that this does not mean you don't still have to keep a safe distance away from contact.

If more than 1 car enters the pits under catution on the same lap, then the order is decided by the position of the cars when exiting the pits (when auto-drive stops).

A car exiting the pits must rejoin at the back of the SC queue, and not filter in at the point in which they rejoin.

If someone gets reset from entering the pits under a Safety Car period, they may regain their position/lap if they lost it by doing so.

When everyone after the pitstops has re-joined the Safety Car train, then on the next moderately-sized straight the Race Director will signal for the LMP's to overtake the GT3's to seperate the two categories before the restart. The GT3's should yield their position when under this process while still being mindful of the cars ahead and behind. When the Race Director is happy with the order, they will signal that the Safety Car will end after the lap.

When all of the cars are back in position in the train, the Race Director/Commentator will type "SC in this lap". At the end of the lap, the Safety Car will go into the pitlane (or if no actual Safety Car, the LMP leader will just turn off their hazard lights), and the leader of each class controls their respective starts. The GT3 leader should be mindful to not get the jump on the LMP field during the restart. Unlike the Race Start Procedure, everyone must remain single-file until crossing the start/finish line. No overtaking before the start/finish line.
The points system (per category) for the NES is as follows:

    Pole Position: 2pts

    1st: 15pts
    2nd: 12pts
    3rd: 10pts
    4th: 8pts
    5th: 6pts
    6th: 4pts
    7th: 2pts
    8th: 1pt

    Fastest Lap: 1pt

Full points will be awarded to cars that complete more than 75% of the race distance if the cause of a DNF was a legitimate disconnect and not a ragequit.

Half points will be awarded to cars that complete less than 75% of the race distance if the cause of a DNF was a legitimate disconnect and not a ragequit.

Ragequits under any circumstances will not be eligible for points.
The success ballast system for the NES is as follows:

    1st: +3% weight
    2nd: +2% weight
    3rd: +1% weight.

The accumilated ballast is kept track of in the 'Ballast Tracker' section of post #6.

Cars that complete more than 75% of the race distance are eligible for ballast if in the top 3.

Cars that complete less than 75% of the race distance are NOT eligible for ballast if in the top 3, as they already receive half of the regular championship points for doing so.

The ballast gets reset after Round 5, with the ballast collected from Round 5 carrying over to Round 6 and onwards.

All success ballast/power restrictions are removed for Round 10 (Season Finale).

If a car reaches the maximum ballast/weight, then only a race win in the following race('s) will give them any further success restrictions, with -1% power for each occurance.
Track limits are 2 wheels on the track or kerb.

As a general rule, we encourage all competitors to drive as clean and fair as possible (see 'The Good Racecraft Guide').

Squeezing another driver's racing line on a straight is allowed UNLESS contact is made or they get squeezed off the track completely. The offender in the incident will always be the driver switching lanes.

Any attempts of excessive blocking will be looked down on by the stewards, and penalties may apply depending on severity.

With it being a Multi-Class championship, the GT3 category are encouraged to hold their racing line when being lapped by LMP's, and NOT to swerve to get out of their way as it may lead to confusion and contact. The blue flag only exists to let the GT3 category to know that an LMP is approaching. This rule is for the safety of both categories.

Any incidents you want investigating after the race MUST BE REPORTED to one of the Moderators, and action up to a 5 points penalty will be taken. Race/championship bans will only occur under drastic circumstances.
This guide was put together by @VBR. All competitors are encouraged to read it in order to ensure that our racing is fair and clean.

For broadcasting purposes, ALL liveries must go through the following procedure in the livery editor:
1: Go into the "Racing Items" section.
2: Click on the "Car Number" section.
3: Change the "Design" to "Type 1".
4: Change the "Car Number" to whatever your car's driver number is.
5: Change the "Design" bact to "No Number".
    6: Click "OK".
This process will allow your racing number to be shown in the above-car graphics instead of just "0".

All cars are required to use the custom Driver Name decals provided by @CrazyJohn (CrazyJohn_25). If you do not have one, then please contact him so he can get one made for you. This Driver Name decal can either be a real/fake name (e.g. J. Smith) or your PSN Username (e.g. Xx_UserName_xX).

Liveries MUST be uploaded publically for Media purposes, as well as a photo of the car facing sideways against coloured background. The front of the car should be to the left, and the back of the car should be to the right. An example of a photo can be seen below.
    8431324611543597572_0.jpg
The photo resolution should be set to 16 by 9. If you do not know how to get a coloured background in the Scapes mode, then please ask one of the moderators or someone else in the community for help.

    Other Rules & Features:

No foul language when in lobby's or when being interviewed.

No using the text chat or PSN Group Chat during a race besides saying "MD" (Major/Mechanical Damage) if involved in an incident involving 2 or more cars leaving the track, as typing during the race can distract drivers. If you NEED to contact me at these times, please message me directly through PSN and I will respond as soon as I can.

A ragequit will result in a strong warning for the driver on the first occasion, while on the second time it will swap their entry to the bottom of the current reserve list, and will promote the entry at the top of that reserve list into a guarenteed entry spot.

If an entry decides to change cars mid-season, their championship points will be halved. This is to discourage mid-season changes.
Livery Week is a special occasion where competitors are encouraged to run special liveries for the race, and the community has a vote to decide the favourite design from each category (LMP and GT3). This happens during Round 5 of the season. The livery regulations all still apply to Livery Week creations, however both cars of the same team will be allowed to have different designs. Creativity is key!
NES TV make articles regarding recent events and developments in the NES community. These articles have been from livery reveals to interviews, and much more!
NES TV is currently ran by @GRM Bandit and @gugas99.
The NES is currently in a partnership with YouTube race broadcasting network 'Half The Race Gone', which is managed by @Hasse R. This channel will be bringing live coverage of the Pro Split races, as well as a highlights package of the Am Split races.

The NES Archives (post #7 of this thread) is where we keep all of the data from previous seasons, such as past champions, old race calendars, lap records, and some notes on every driver who has ever scored a point in the series!
For the first time, the NES will have a support series featuring Gr.4 cars! A link to the series can be found below:

    NES Archives

Welcome to the Archives of the Nukeshot Endurance Series! This will be updated over time. We're keeping Driver Notes here, as well as the previous champions, and lap records recorded from Season 3 onwards. :D

    Name/PSN: First NES.
    Main/Current Racing Number.
    Summary.
    Team History.

    ADR_Foxtrot: Season 3.
    #7

Foxtrot only raced at S3 Monza in the LMP race. They used a striking yellow colour scheme on a Toyota TS050, which was a shame that we didn't see more of. After qualifying last, they ended up finishing 5th. After that Foxtrot just stopped showing up.

S3 (LMP): American Dust Racing (ADR)
    armoredcore12: Season 4.
    #12

ArmoredCore, or "AC" as he is also known, first entered their first full season of the NES under team name Artemis Sport, mainly driving Peugeot-based machinery in both classes. As the season progressed, AC kept on switching cars from the Peugeot VGT, to the VW Beetle when he was signed by VERT, to a Toyota FT-1 when changing to the VERT 2nd team and then back to the Peugeot at the end of the season. They were also picked up by Martini Racing Team in LMP, where they showed an incredible level of speed.

    S4 (GT3): Artemis Sport/V.E.R.T/Sliders Motorsports
S4 (LMP): Artemis Sport/Martini Racing Team
    AstroRobot: Season 1.
    #6

Astro is one of the originals of the NES, competing regularly in the 25 Minutes of LeMans races before S1. Although he never had much in terms of success, Astro was still a decent driver who would never give up until the checkered flag.

    S1 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
    S2 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
    S2 (LMP): BMW Motorsport/Bentley Racing
    BlackWindowRaam: Season 1.
    #88

Raam was a dominating force in the GT field during S1, and eventually managed to take the drivers title that season. Their pure talent combined with arguably the best machinery made "Raamstappen" a very tough opponent.

    S1 (GT): BWT Citroën Total
S2 (GT): Lamborghini Racing Team (LRT)/V.E.R.T Motorsport Lexus
    S2 (LMP): Private Entry
    CapGyris: Season 3.
    #3

CapGyris was Steviea's substitute for the end of the season to help secure the GT3 teams championship. They had a great race at Mount Panorama, setting the lap record and finishing second. From what we saw, there was a very strong driver who is definitely deserving of a full time drive if they return.

S3 (GT3): Just The Two Of Us (JT2OU)
    Comptonn: Season 3.
    #17

Comptonn started out as a Porsche single entry, where he took a surprise race win in LMP at Brands Hatch after starting last. Later on, BSC signed the Brit to their development program as a part of the Porsche Design squad. Unfortunately Comptonn couldn't repeat the performance that he delivered as a privateer, but he still scored decent points.

    S3 (GT3): JMC Racing/BSC Team Porsche Design
S3 (LMP): JMC Racing/BSC Team Porsche Design
    CrazyJohn: Season 1.
    #25

Founder of VERT, CrazyJohn was competitive in S1 but lacked any major success. In S2 however the Greek driver established himself as the man to beat in the GT category, which he won.

For season 3 CJ switched from the front-engine SC430 to a mid-engine NSX, and reestablished the Audi partnership in LMP. After struggling with the Honda in GT3, he signed a contract with Nukeshot Motorsport where he performed a lot better.

When Season 4 came around, CJ made a partnership with Volkswagen-Audi Group and collaborated with teammates JoeOfTheFire (LMP) and ArmoredCore (GT3). When the straight-line performance was becoming a regular issue for the Greek, he transferred himself over to his 2nd team Sliders Motorsports in the Toyota FT-1. The improved performance helped take CJ to another GT3 Drivers Championship, but he controversially lost out on the LMP Drivers Championship to his teammate after being disqualified for excessive track limit abuse. He is more determined than ever to take his first LMP Drivers Title.

    S1 (LMP): V.E.R.T Motorsport Audi
    S2 (GT): V.E.R.T Motorsport Lexus
    S2 (LMP): V.E.R.T Motorsport Toyota
    S3 (GT3): V.E.R.T Honda/Nukeshot Motorsport
    S3 (LMP): V.E.R.T Audi
    S4 (GT3): V.E.R.T/Sliders Motorsports
S4 (LMP): V.E.R.T on Fire Racing
    Dirten: Season 1.
    #18

Although a regular in the 25 Minutes of LeMans, Dirten only competed in the NES once at Twin Ring Motegi in S1, using the very competitive Peugeot 905B alongside Nilsemann.

For season 3 Dirten became a part of the BSC development program as a part of Team Porsche Design, however his pace quickly got him a spot in the Team Marlboro squad. From there Dirten managed to win the LMP drivers title, and the teams title with Sniparator.

Season 4 saw the Dane form a partnership with countryman (practically neighbour) Traels in LMP, and the wonderboy JoeOfTheFire in GT3. His last win was at Dragon Trail Seaside in LMP, where he managed to keep his cool and fend off the Audi's. At the end of Season 4, Dirten decided to focus more on commentary than racing, switching the stream format to being live for the first time.

    S1 (LMP): RLA_PREMIUM Motorsports
    S3 (GT3): BSC (Team Porsche Design/Team Marlboro)
S3 (LMP): BSC (Team Porsche Design/Team Marlboro)
S4 (GT3): Slightly on Fire Racing
S4 (LMP): Half The Race Gone
    FirstSleeper: Season 2.
    #7

FirstSleeper is one of 4 generic Nissan drivers that didn't have much significance in the larger scheme of things. The Maltese driver only competed in S2's Monza race, where he qualified second to last and didn't finish.

    S2 (GT): Nissan Motorsports
    FunnyTroll: Season 1.
    #6

The Rainmaster himself, and S1 GT Teams champion. FunnyTroll was the only driver capable of taking the fight to Raam that season, and on his way to glory claimed a famous victory at a soaking wet Spa Francorchamps.

    S1 (GT): McLaren Motorsport
S2 (LMP): Pescarolo Racing Team (PRT)
    GTO: Season 1.
    #66

Another regular competitor in the 25 Minutes of LeMans, GTO wasn't the fastest driver on the grid. However there were some noteworthy performances, including pole position at S1's Silverstone race, and together with Satis he became the unexpected first LMP teams champion.

    S1 (LMP): Renown Racing
    GT_Juju: Season 2.
    #85

Juju joined the NES midway through S2 at Daytona, where he unfortunately disconnected. However despite this setback he established himself as the best rookie of the season, taking a decent 4th at Apricot Hill and an impressive drive at Nurburgring... until he ran out of fuel.

For season 3 Juju teamed up with fellow Frenchman Julien as Échappement Compétition. He only raced at Monza's GT3 race, where he finished 9th getting 2 championship points. Certainly seemed to be better back on GT6 than GT Sport.

    S2 (GT): HTP Motorsport Mercedes
    S3 (GT3): Échappement Compétition
    G_Power: Season 2.
    #7

Dominated LMP while he was competing, lapping the whole field at Monza. This prompted OffApple as series organiser to modify the performance of G_Power's V12 LMR, which he protested against up to the point of leaving the championship.

    S2 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
    S2 (LMP): BMW Motorsport
    Gagen: Season 2.
    #100

Originally just a GT driver, Gagen decided for the last round of S2 at Nurburgring to branch out into LMP as well, buying one of the 2 Toyota 88C-V's off of VERT when they switched to the TS020. He managed to get on the podium at Daytona with 3rd in GT, which was his best result.

Although Gagen did race during season 3 at Dragon Trail, he didn't finish so wasn't classified in the championship results. He raced as a part of the HydroBros team alongside Nikos0399.

    S2 (GT): Raybrig Racing/Private Entry
    S2 (LMP): Minolta Toyota
    S3 (GT3): HydroBros
    Gray: Season 1.
    #81

Gray first showed up at S1's Laguna Seca race as a private entry using a Peugeot 908. After finishing 5th, the Brit was quickly signed up with PRT, and at the next race at Apricot Hill Pescarolo took a front row lockout in qualifying.

S1 (LMP): Private Entry/Pescarolo Racing Team (PRT)
    GrumpyNerd: Season 1.
    #7

GrumpyNerd was a regular at the 25 Minutes of LeMans, where he was relatively competitive. However that wasn't the case when he was faced with the S1 monsoon at Spa Francorchamps. Unfortunately G-Nerd left the NES afterwards.

    S1 (LMP): Toyota Gazoo Racing
    Gugas: Season 1.
    #23

Gugas was contracted mid-S1 by Astro, and his first race in the NES at Apricot Hill didn't go too well. Despite that, the following season he joined BSC and founded Audi Sport with ex-commentator Sniparator, and he won both LMP championships.

For season 3 Gugas returned as part of BSC, but early in the season he left to start his own team. He competed as Martini Racing Team (MRT) with an Aston Martin V12 Vantage in GT3, and a Porsche 919 in LMP. He had a couple of weeks away from the NES while he made the switch, which hurt his championship position.

    S1 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
S2 (GT): Baltic Sea Competition Honda
    S2 (LMP): Audi Sports Racing
    S3 (GT3): BSC Marlboro/Martini Racing Team (MRT)
S3 (LMP): BSC Marlboro/Martini Racing Team (MRT)
    JKLingas: Season 3.
    #21

JKLingas was part of the BSC development program from the first round of S3 at Monza. They have shown an optimistic approach to overtaking at times, but in a good and fair way. JKLingas hasn't had too much pace during S3, but they are an overall solid driver.

S3 (GT3): BSC Team Porsche Design
S3 (LMP): BSC Team Porsche Design
    Jermaine: Season 3.
    #11

Jermaine was signed as a reserve driver for Nukeshot Motorsport, that would race under the PCR banner when not substituting. They also ran a Mazda LM55 in LMP. Unfortunately they missed out on a lot of rounds, but they still managed to get 21 points (20 in LMP, 1 in GT3).

S3 (GT3): PCR By Nukeshot Motorsport
    S3 (LMP): FR Motorsport
    Jim: Season 1.
    #95

Jim was the founder of Britannica GT, but only raced at S1's Twin Ring Motegi race. After a mistake 5 minutes into the race, he retired his Corvette. Jim decided to leave the NES, which passed on the torch of team manager to Astro.

    S1 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
    JoeOfTheFire: Season 3.
    #27

Joe came into the NES at round 5 of S3, immediately getting both pole positions and wins Interlagos. They decided to go for the most successful cars up to that point in the season, the Corvette and 919, in a bright red livery. Despite joining the season late, Joe managed to climb up to second in both drivers championships.

With the reputation they had already established in S3, Joe was looking to be a serious contender for the championships. Allied with VERT driver CrazyJohn in LMP and HTRG driver Dirten in GT3, Joe lived up to all of the hype. In both LMP and GT3 Pro it was a constant fight with CJ for the victories, which finally saw Joe take his first championship. Perhaps not the one he was expecting, as Joe has said he favours GT3 machinery over LMP's, but nevertheless a fantastic achievement for their first full season.

S3 (GT3): Slightly On Fire Racing (SOFR)
S3 (LMP): Slightly On Fire Racing (SOFR)
    S4 (GT3): Mazda La Vista
S4 (LMP): V.E.R.T on Fire Racing
    Jontikis: Season 2.
    #88

In his only race of his short time competing, Jontikis managed to put his Lamborghini Diablo on pole against 9 other drivers. Despite the changeable conditions of Monza that season, he easily took the win and is the first driver in NES history to retire with a perfect record.

S2 (GT): Lamborghini Racing Team (LRT)
    TSR_Maarten: Season 4.
    #26

Maarten joined the NES for the season finale of Season 4 at La Sarthe. Put into Pro Split by his Driver Ranking, we were all wondering just how good he was when he took to the track. Turns out, very. After CJ and AC had received disqualifications for excessive track limit abuse, Maarten was classified as the race winner in LMP. While still running with ReeVer Racing connections, Maarten was offered a place at TSR Sim Racing.

    S4 (GT3): ReeVer Motorsport
    S4 (LMP): ReeVer Motorsport
    Marcus_Lauda: Season 2.
    #84

Marcus wasn't the fastest, but this made race commentator OffApple become his biggest fan. At Tokyo R246 he had his best performance, even leading for a while. He also terrified the leaders of Apricot Hill after re-joining the track awkwardly.

    S2 (GT): HTP Motorsport Mercedes
    S2 (LMP): Pescarolo Junior Team
    Nico_Neko: Season 2.
    #78

Nico was one of the 4 generic Nissan drivers of S2, who also entered an Audi R8 into LMP. Unfortunately they didn't have enough pace to threaten the big names, but they still managed a respectable 3rd position at Apricot Hill.

    S2 (GT): Nissan Motorsports
    S2 (LMP): Private Entry
    Nikos (0399): Season 2.

Another generic Nissan driver, who actually had a different car at every race. For the last race of S2 he bought one of the 2 Toyota 88C-V's from VERT, which he retired after 49 seconds of racing. He managed 4th on 2 occasions.

Nikos returned to the NES at Dragon Trail S3, where he was driving the new Toyota Supra in GT3 with Gagen as his teammate. He managed to get 6th, but was penalized 3 points for a collision with JKLingas. He didn't show up to another race that season.

    S2 (GT): Nissan Motorsports/Raybrig Racing
    S2 (LMP): Private Entry/Minolta Toyota
    S3 (GT3): HydroBros
    Nikos (19081997): Season 1.
    #16

The more successful of the Nikos', who managed to beat Nilsemann's points score to become the first LMP drivers champion of the NES. Nikos even managed to fend him off in an impressive drive at Laguna Seca, showing his skill.

S1 (LMP): Pescarolo Racing Team (PRT)
S2 (GT): Lamborghini Racing Team (LRT)
    Nilsemann: Season 1.
    #62

The Mann to beat in S1, winning all of the races he competed in that season besides Laguna Seca. Nilse was considered the best driver not to win an NES championship of any kind during the GT6 era.

Nilse only managed to make it to the season finale of season 3, using the quick Porsche's in both GT3 and LMP. unfortunately Nilse lacked the pace that he had back on GT6, and only managed 8th and 7th. We hope to see him return to form in the future.

    OffApple: Season 1.
    #9

Organiser of the NES, OffApple took the first ever GT category win at S1's Monza race. With help from teammate FunnyTroll, he became the S1 GT teams champion. For S2 he retired from racing to commentate.

For season 3 he returned to the racing scene as Nukeshot Motorsport, sporting a Peugeot RCZ in GT3. although making mistakes, it was a relatively consistent season for the Brit. Mid-season he signed CrazyJohn, which helped him battle with BSC Marlboro in the teams championship. He also competed with V.E.R.T Audi in LMP that season, but lets not talk about that...

    S2: Commentator
    S3 (GT3): Nukeshot Motorsport
    S3 (LMP): V.E.R.T Audi
    Satis: Season 1.
    #99

Satis was generally outshone by his teammate GTO during S1, however he consistently showed up to races and bagged crucial points. With their combined points total by the end of the season, Satis became the S1 LMP teams champion.

    S1 (LMP): Renown Racing
    Saulsterous: Season 2.
    #3

Saul only competed at the last race of S2 at Nurburgring. Having been an associate of OffApple on an arcade racing game, they lacked the experience that most other competitors had. They caused multiple collisions that they apologized for after the race.

S2 (GT): Audi Sport Team Phoenix
    Sniparator: Season 1.
    #22

Original commentator of the NES, Sniparator switched the booth for the racing seat for S2. He formed Baltic Sea Competition, and joined Audi Sport, where he and Gugas had great success. Audi Sport became the S2 LMP champions, but Snip is insistent that he isn't a part of that success (for some reason lol).

For season 3 BSC became big news as they established a B-team squad, something not done in the NES before. Sniparator drove in the Team Marlboro squad, where he quickly became a magnet for incidents over the course of the season. Despite all of the hardship, Snip and Dirten managed to win the S3 LMP teams title. Finally Snip will accept the fact that he's won something...

    Sparks: Season 3.
    #4

Sparks joined the NES party at Nürburgring, sporting a BMW M6 in red and blue M performance colours. After starting 7th and dropping back to 8th off the line, by the end of lap 1 Sparks had got up to 5th. Sparks also competed in LMP with the strong 919, where he had a scrap with eventual champion Dirten.

    S3 (GT3): Need For Sparks
    S3 (LMP): Need For Sparks
    SplurgeTheSecond: Season 3.
    #39

Splurge joined the NES using the Nissan GT-R LM Nismo to, and I quote, "be different and all that." Because of this, it was hard to judge his actual pace. He set the lap record at Brands Hatch, and later in the season was signed by Gugas of Martini Racing. We finally saw Splurges true pace at La Sarthe, where he qualified and finished second.

Splurge raced in S4 only on a few occasions. With the "Longboi" Nissan GT-R LM Nismo not being allowed for that season, they chose to continue their partnership with Martini Racing Team driving the BMW M6 and Toyota TS050. If I'm completely honest, it wasn't as memorable of a season for the Brit, however for Season 5 they will be reunited with their best friend/car...

    Steviea: Season 3.
    #1

Steviea was an unknown going into S3, but they quickly gained a reputation of being the fastest in the field. He would've been the second driver to have a perfect record, but he was narrowly out qualified by team mate Traels at Brands Hatch. Steviea easily won the S3 GT3 drivers and teams championships.

    TNVJ-FRA: Season 2.
    #79

Joined the NES for the last round of S2 at Nurburgring, as another generic Nissan entry. TNVJ most notably qualified 2nd in the LMP race, and ended up finishing 3rd.

For season 3 Julien decided to team up with fellow Frenchman GT_Juju as Échappement Compétition, using a Ferrari 458 in GT3 and a Toyota TS050 in LMP. He only raced at Monza and La Sarthe that season, with his best result being at the latter where he took a respectable 5th.

    TetsuKobura: Season 3.
    #54

Tetsu only competed in the early part of S3, and later disappeared. While they were competing they showed solid pace, and was mixing it up with more established drivers like Snip, OffApple and Dirten. They showed a slight lack of consistency at times, but put on a great show while they were racing.

    S3 (GT3): DXRacer Motorsports
    TheKill: Season 2.
    #15

First raced at Apricot Hill in S2, where in the LMP race he cut across race leader Sniparator causing Snip to crash. He returned for Nurburgring where he was on the end of an almighty shunt from Saul that ended his race. Funny how that worked out for him.

    S2 (GT): Private Entry
    S2 (LMP): Private Entry
    Traels: Season 3.
    #42

Traels first showed up at S3 Brands Hatch as a team mate to eventual champion Steviea. The Dane brought extra money to JT2OU in the form of his Lego sponsorship, but Traels proved that he wasn't just a pay driver, out qualifying Steviea in his first race. JT2OU went on to win the GT3 teams championship.

Season 4 saw Traels continue their partnership with JT2OU, athough the defending GT3 Teams Champions made a bold move to change cars from the very successful Corvette to the Aston Martin V12 Vantage. Traels also wanted to get into the LMP scene, so he partnered-up with fellow Dane DirtenDK, creating the brand that we all know and love today, Half The Race Gone. After a somewhat troubled season for Traels, they too stopped racing in the NES after S4 along with Dirten.

S3 (GT3): Just The Two Of Us (JT2OU)
S3 (LMP): Just The Two Of Us (JT2OU)
    S4 (GT3): JT2OU Racing
S4 (LMP): Half The Race Gone
    Umt07: Season 3.
    #5

Umt, also known as TimeBanditt, only raced at round 1 at Monza. They were last of the finishers in 6th, but due to an incident with Gugas they were deducted the maximum 5 championship points. After that we never saw Umt race again that season, but they have shown an interest in returning for S4.

    S3 (LMP): Tiger Racing
    Vgo_ipod: Season 2.
    #66

Vgo competed from the start of the S2 season in the GT category, and later in LMP as well. Vgo tried to get a seat at VERT, however CJ never contracted him so he remained a private entry. He wasn't the safest of drivers, but he was nearly always there.

    S2 (GT): Private Entry
    S2 (LMP): Private Entry
    xZePhyR96x: Season 4.
    #13

Zephyr was hired by BMW by Nukeshot Motorsport mid way through the season due to the teams previous driver Sparks had left. As Sparks was a Pro split driver, Zephyr was thrown into the mix to directly take the seat, but unfortunately their pace wasn't quite there with the top split guys. They left shortly after.

S4 (GT3): BMW by Nukeshot Motorsport
    Y_Bearr: Season 3.
    #16

Y_Bearr became a part of the BSC development program at S3 Interlagos, driving for the B team Porsche Design squad. They were usually around the mid-back of the pack, but they kept themselves out of trouble for the most part and kept racking up the points.

S3 (GT3): BSC Team Porsche Design
S3 (LMP): BSC Team Porsche Design

It's been 1 hour, and we've already received a flood of entries. I'd already like to thank everyone for this amazing achievement! :D

A couple of things you may be wondering about:

Now that the trailer that revealed the tracks and start date have been revealed, I am now in the process of adding all of that information to the thread. I will get around to sorting out all of the entries we've received so far after that.

I've also added a link to the "Half The Race Gone" Discord server. This server is not required to join in order to obtain series information (Big up the GTPlanet Admins), but it is where the NES community as well as other league racing communities socialize and such. The link can be found in post #1 of this thread.

I hope you're all as excited for the season ahead as we are! :D

You'd have to change your Audi entries as at least one is taken already.

If you read the rules carefully, it's said that entries will be based on the FCFS rule. Brandon posted earlier than you, he got the car.
