Netflix is playing tricks on me

Yesterday I got home from work and started up the ol' PS3, logged onto Netflix(Canada), and see big capital letters telling me there is new episodes of Top Gear. Now I'm excited, but when I browse through the "More episodes" tab, it shows the same 4 seasons it has since I subscribed.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Also, Maybe I'm a complete idiot, but when I go to the "Contact Us" page on their website, it shows only the service code I should use for faster service, but no phone number! Not cool.
 
Only 4 seasons of Top Gear? I have 14, unless yours is a typo.

As for contacting them, the phone number is 1-866-348-2353 in Canada.
 
No typo, I have only seasons 9 through 12, although that's in Canada. Not sure where your located but that would explain the difference possibly. Otherwise I'm getting ripped off.
 
We have a lot less selection in Canada due to licensing restrictions, I have always only had 9-12... The question being is there anyone in Canada is who also having the same problem?
Also, I'm not sure what you mean when you refer to their phone number TB. I can't access the American site, and the contact us page on the Canadian site is utterly useless.

There's no need to get on to either the US or CA site. I did a search for Netflix Canada Customer Service and was given, among others, their Facebook page with the number.
