new (2nd) DLC, I am confused please help.

OK so I read on GTPlanet about the new DLC details and read about the racing kart 125sp. It is going for free to all the users who bought the 1st DLC. I race the karts alot and would love to have this, I did buy the 1st DLC within 5 minutes of it being released so my question is how do Poliphony Digital know who has bought the 1st DLC? I just want to make sure that I get one of thses new karts thats all

Well the game knows we have the content installed and Sony knows we bought the DLC. The game could either read what we have installed in GT5 or maybe Sony can look at their records and send everyone a unlock code that purchased the content.
Really no way of knowing yet.
 
It will probably be part of the update. Everyone will get it on their system (like they do every other DLC car since you must be able to view the cars when others use them online) and it will be unlocked for local use if you have DLC1 installed.

I think you got it wrong. It's not about the 1st person to ever buy the DLC, it's about all people, who bought the (1st) DLC. :)

Hahaha that would be hilarious if he really thinks that only some one guy in the world who bought the dlc first will get the bonus
And if that were really the case it would probably be some spanish dude from a village on a dial up modem. Europe always seems to pull funny **** like that out of its ass.
