I nailed a 3'58 in the sucker with on TCS or ASM...
 
I ran a single gt-one lap with no tcs in honor of my new ds2 ;) lol, it was horrible.

Might run again tonight with tcs on the perfect level... 1.

anyway... catch you guys in a bit.
 
pretty sure I ran it with the TCS on 2, cant be sure though, must try again with it off, bring on 3rd gear...;)
 
Screw that dude... don't get me wrong. I respect players using no tcs, but Im not gonna waste my time on the frustration of playing with no tcs on unless I have got to. License testing, time trials, etc, but on a hotlap scenerio for the fun of it... hell no. tcs is on and for a reason.

I ran 0 tcs and it came out with a first lap of 4.02.0 or something... Ran one lap after that with tcs on 1 and it was instantly down in the low 3.50 area.

Im thinking of running this again today with tcs on 1, so I will be back then with results. Till then... later.

the only disgrace here is this post. how dare you talk about another racer like this. who the fuk do you think you are? the guy is inexperienced and trying. atleast he's not some snot-nosed douchebag with delusions of grandeur. you're times are'nt fit to wipe my ass with but would i ever say such a thing? hell no i wouldn't. i hav'nt had much desire to play the game lately but i am going to thouroughly enjoy ripping you a new asshole in this spot and teaching you some fukkin manners you little punk. you're going to have my name tattood on your ass when i'm through with you.

And your response to somebody being an ass unjustly is to be one yourself? Read down a few posts. I said I was an ass and shoulndt have said it.

Calling me out is fine..... maybe I deserve it the way you did it too... But I think its kind of dumb to get on someones case for something they said and then go after them maliciously yourself.

Name the first car we can compete in..... Do you want the Gtone Road? Im going to be civil about this...... hopefully you will too.
 
I'm using cars less like a race car than the GT-One, I'v done a 4'08,707 in a fully tune Z concept, 601Bhp. I've only had a couple of laps so it can be improved on, I'm going to take an R34 for a spin now as close to 650 as I can, a litte comparison, then maybe something else RWD.
 
In spirtits of this weeks race I might give it a go in the RSX....
 
I got 4'08,133 from the R34 GT-R V spec II, again fully tuned but with a lower turbo and intercooer producing 640Bhp. I would say the 350Z isn't as much of a sports car as the R34 so it's time to warm up that old 300ZX of mine.

First off, i did not see you retract your statement. i read the post and the fuse was lit. for that i am sorry. there is a BIG difference between what you did and what i did. you needlessly and mindlessly belittled a member trying his best. i went after the attacker and not the prey. i championed the underdog. what you did was without honor. what i did was honorable. HOWEVER, keep in mind that this was before i knew you retracted the statement in which case i probably would not have been so harsh.

in anycase, you should NEVER attack the weak (no disrespect to fiend here, it's just his developmental stage does'nt give him super times yet. he probably has a life unlike me). a man without honor is no man at all. you had better learn that as you pass eventually into manhood or all you will ever be is a child.

that being said, i'd gladly continue in a civil manner. there's no need to make it into a showdown and the way you're handing your ass to me on a silver platter, i don't think it would give me any kind of satesfaction to take advantage of you. i will drive the GT-One though. i want to see what she'll do and if GoKents is kickin my old ass yet. laters.

As for you being so high and might for what you would call belittling someone who unrightfully attacked someone is even more immature than my first statement. An old but simple saying, " two wrongs dont make a right."
 
And as for you thinking your so superior to me that you could have your way with me around this track....... put up or shut up. I may not be the best and never do I claim to be by anymeans. But to say that I'm handing myself to you? NO! I might call it presenting a challenge....
 
I got the 300ZX to the exact same Bhp as the R34 (640Bhp), but I ran a rather dissapointing 4'13,536, I hoped I could get the 300ZX competitive, I have only done 3 laps in each so they can be improved on, especially this time because onone of the laps were that good, the car was sliding alot.
 
since you are from the same city as my beloved broncos, i will cut you some slack and let bygones be bygones. let's leave it at that ok?

looks like i lucked out. my second lap attempt was clean and that does'nt happen too often with good speed.

Im not being confrontational....... but could you try a lap without it? I just wanna see how well I compare there.
 
sure. my second lap without it yielded a 3'49.729 but i did have an off in the second section. obviously it is a little harder to pull clean laps with no TCS at all, but really the car is just about as fast both ways.

damn. 3'49.106 but the tiniest off in the 90's :( (also TCS off)

she'll go down to 3'47 atleast either way but she is slightly faster with the tcs on, but not very much.
 
looked for a few sleeper cars with nothing really noteworthy and decided to cave in and run the speed 6. a real joy this car is. i have not run a clean lap yet because she gets really bucked around in the undulator. best i did @ 642HP was a 4'06.501 but was 1,1 seconds ahead of that @ T2. can do 4'04 in this car though and i will, but now it's 10pm and time to get the party started. see youze next year :cheers:

As I mentioned earlier, I ran the 100 lapper in this car, sub 600HP no TCS and ran a lot of sub 4:10's, I would imagine 3:**.*** would be possible

that griffith would be nice if it did'nt shred the tires so badly. it's an odd car. i did a few laps with it and it's hard to run it with tcs on 1 because she just rips the rubber clean off, yet when you turn up the TCS, she bogs down horribly instead of spinning the wheels. very odd behevior from the traction control assist. it made me uncomfortable to have my only choices be no traction or the motor bogging down beyond reason. so i abandoned it.

and bullocks, sub 4 in the speed 6 is not feasible. i did some 4'06's and know i could get into 4'04 without TOO much resistance. but sub 4 seems to me (at this point anyway) a few seconds off. maybe high 4'01 but 3'59.999? YIKES!

Those are some sweet runs no quarter.

Im gonna have another go with a fully tuned speed six and see if I can get myself into the sub 4'10 range for now. Im also gonna do some R-tuned R34 runs. Hopefully I will have the time ;)

Nice to see all these runs posted too... I like seeing an active race session of free choice complex string trials.
