New "Bird's eye view" bug

Last night I was online for the first time since updating to 2.06. I entered a lobby, and immedediately went into Bird's Eye View mode (some will remember this from GT5Prologue). The controls at the bottom of the screen were those that you get once you have chosen a car and entered, but before you drive. The Start Race and Drive buttons were greyed out, but I could chat. the red exit man was visible, but non-functional. I could press it and hear the "bong", but it had no effect on exiting. Finally had to quit the game. Anyone else experience this?

In the software world it's usually a real bug, when you can reproduce the same thing you did yesterday, have you tried that (instead of immediately calling it a bug in the topic!)??
It still can be a bug but, try to reproduce it.
