New Chevy Disappointment

not a disappointment to racers or whatever but a disappointment to drag racers like me i was hoping to have fun tuning a brand new car and see how fast i can get it going on the 1/4 mile but all i have now is a car that doesn't even let me change its color wich is stupid in my opinion. everyone has they're own opinion and i just wrote mine, you write yours down below and tell me what is wrong with this car.
 
The problem i have with this car is its too bloody excellent. I lapped a 1:18.242 on my first attempt on TGTT... It might overthrow the new Viper.
 
My theory is that they will wait a bit and release the full car since this one is just "final prototype"
 
Don't care about changing color really, hope I get a yellow one though if they're available in different colors.
 
yea this is about all it will put up bone stock

but to be fair sport soft tire dramatically changed the results to 3.6 and 11.9-12.0

 
after being thoroughly confused with how the initial proto was untunable, untrickable, and unadjustable, this new one is completely disappointing to me too....i don't drift, don't drag....i take my fav cars and tune'em up and race whatever seasonal they can fit in....this car won't ever leave my garage again (without major promotional help from PD with a challenge)

I sold the car short as well. No upgrades and tunes meant is a barn car for sure. Then I took it out. Had a couple of spins in it. That's when I learned that the Stingray is a beast. It may not not be the biggest baddest in the pack. But non-the-less, a pack member all the same. Give it a chance. It might surprise you.

Probably a production car rather than final prototype. Can't even paint this one pff
 
Just wait until later this year when chevy releases the ZR1 replacement, that is most likely when they will let us tune it or put the zr1 in and have it tuned. This car hasn't hit the production line yet, so there is no way for them to come up with upgrades.
 
You talk about the new Stingray Corvette?
Has anybody tuned it and drag it properly?
I dont know whow powerfull and light that is
but if it has more than 800ps and less than 1200kg
it can achieve under 9.5s easily
 
Keep reading kleomenis....you CAN'T tune the new Vettes.....can't equip'em, can't paint'em, can't even roll the window down to enjoy a smoke on that long, long backstretch at the Nurb
