Charlotte, North Carolina, although now that I think about it, Charlotte might be second and Denver might be first. Either way, they're one and two.

They don't get that much snow. It's dry nine months out of the year and only really snowy maybe one. People buy SUVs for the damn status. (those pictures were actually taken in a really upscale suburb of Denver known as Cherry Hills, which falls outside of the city limits in Arapahoe County. The statistic I posted includes the entire metropolitan area, though)
