Just to be sure - downloading Circuit X DLC on my second account will make it visible on first account (on the same PS3)?

I'm from Poland, using USA PSN (first account), but I can download only from polish PSN - credit cards and stuff (second account), so I suppose DLC from polish PSN won't run on American account...

Any clue how can I buy this DLC using credit card? I wouldn't like to buy PSN card for 20$ as I won't spend like 15 of them.
