Gt7 second account has no update working

My wife account on GT7 ( second account on ps5 ) is running same version ( 1.40 update )

I have snow track , sophy , weekly challenges.

Her profile doesnt .

What am i missing ? Please

What's her collector's level and progress with the menu books? Lake Louise unlocks at collector level 22, and weekly challenges unlock after menu 39 is completed.

I'm not sure on the deal with Sophy but has she unlocked the tracks where you can race against Sophy AI?
