Actually Code im that sony boy. But.. I ll cut u a break only becuase pgr1,2 are the only reasons id ever buy HOMOBOX. U need sum diversity in racing games. I mean Game Cube has **** for racing games and i think ive had or have every racing game for ps2 beside those in japan.:D
 
i STRONGLY doubt driving the gt2 in gt4 will be anything like real life lol, but yeah, should be good. I just hope it's not as boring as GT "send me to sleep" 3.
 
Exactly lambo racer, both the xbox and ps2 are BRILLIANT for racing games, and that's why I own both. ps2 has gt3, c, 4, wrc 3, xbox has pgr2, rallisport 2, sega gt, and both have a great multiplatform racing games (burnout 2, 3 , driver 3) though I gotta admit, I buy my multi platform games on the homobo...xbox as they are usually better graphics and sound wise :) Also, 4 player mode is a blast on the xbox :) I wub both my consoles


gamecube has ummm ummm mario kart, which is actually good multiplayer at least, if utterly pathetic otherwise. Karts vs Rufs, I know which I'd choose!!!

Did you read the article? GT4 will be so good, it could be used as a real life sim for driving schools and racing pros. Maybe if there was a set up, like VR for gt4, it could seem like you are driving for real. But I'm not saying anyone would mistake the driving in gt4 to be real but what I'm saying it, the cars drive like the real thing.
 
Damn gt4 looks amazing, look at the first right pic, the one with the RX-8 in it, nice and the one left to it. Man that looks too good to be a ps2 game and how did the Lancer get some air? And in some pics, you see motion blur that looks quite realistic imo. Too bad there's no blur in gameplay :( But it's all good.
 
Firstly if there was blur in GT4 id shoot myself after 5 minutes of any race. And not to be hostily but.... GT SERIES HAS BEEN USED AS AND ACTUAL DRIVING SIMULATOR SINCE ITS REALEASE IN 1997. 97 RIGHT. According to mostly all REAL RACE drivers that teach people how to drive use GT3 or 1, 2 , and find that the people make the same mistakes in the game that they do with the same car ont he same track in real life.

Okay...Chaparrel...no...I'd sell mine even if it is unbuyable. The 2K is the only exception since it's an F1 cars.

The Chaparrel 2K is an IndyCar. And if you don't recognize the historical signifigance of the Chaparrals, you don't have much room to speak...

I must say I like the looks of that 2D. Ah those where the golden years of motorsport.

I hope for 60's to late 70's era Formula 1 cars this time... Lotus... Cooper... *falls over*
 
I have to say that this article has raised my expectations for GT4, I mean a ****ing tuners village, Ky said that everything you can do in the single player you will be able to do online, that means online GT word cups and GT All stars ect, and online virtual showrooms, to show off your cars. Bring it on, I can't waint.
 
Man this is going to be the LOONNGEST summer ever. At least one reason to look towards fall. Great scans....gonna be the hardest and longest wait for a game that i've ever waited for in history.
 
Some ppl are thinking that mag is misleading because they said porsche is in. I doubt they would say that, knowing how many ppl want porsche. Maybe, there will be porsche and ruf in the game together. But I believe porsche is in and I'm happy as hell!
 
I'm gonna reserve my judgment, the mag did say they finally have Porsche, but I seen mags make wose mistakes than that.
 
Shut up code :lol: :lol: IDK live, the mag did look well put, with the new pics of the track, interview with KY. It was put together too well imo to be misleading.

That's phenominal. I just can't wait to get my hands on one of those Chapprrals (never seen the Chapprral 1 or 2H before).
And thing is Kazumachi or whoever said that there are going to be other cars from each era, so enough to make up a complete grid :drool:. OMG!!!! What else could they have to go up against a Chapprral (sp?!?!). They already have the Gulf GT40. Shame Porsche and Ferrari won't be in in GT4 :( (like 99.9% sure they won't be in it), otherwise the 917 and 512 :drool:. But no. Soo GT40, Chapprral (?), Lola T70 possibly, Cobra Coupe again :trouble: (Kazanouri (sp?) did mention all the cars from teh previous games would be in there, could we finally get a race version 427? or Jag E-type lightwieght, or Aston Martin DB4 lightweight Zagarto, or Lotus 19?!?!?. The possibilities are endless, and I'm excitied :trouble: .
Also going back to the fact that for eahc era of car there will be other cars from that era as well and special support races.....Mazda 787B....:trouble: :eek: . That means there could potentially be more Group C cars and a Group C race :eek: . Mazda 787B, Sauber Mercedes C21, Jag XJ 9 or 12 or 14?!?! Nissan R390, Toyota, who else?!? :eek: .
This game is gonna be good!

Ford T vs. Fiat Panda, roll up, roll up, get your tickets ladies & gentlemen. Also says researching popular US/Euro/Japanese cars after used cars.... I hope that means 2nd hand cars for US & Europe. :)
 
Well I just have to know one thing, did RUF ever make their own version of the 944? If they did and it's going to be in GT4, then screw Porsche I don't care.
 
Porsche has to be in!!!!! Dammnit. They said it has finally made its debut. *Our goal is to stop people from coming up to us on the street saying, "Hey, where's this car?'," says Taku Imasaki.

Porsche must be in for him to say that and we all know, everyone will ask, "Is ferrari or porsche in?"

I think that article made me wet my pants! "European exotic cars that have been sorely missed in the series, such as Porsches, will finally make their debut". Wow. This has to be a sign that Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc will be in (E3 unveiling of GT4 with a 360 Modena anyone?)! But the inclusion of the Chaparalle really excites me since this could mean we could finally get Can Am racers!

Also, I'm just killing myself laughing at the thought of a Ford Model T hybrid with an Escudo engine inside! :lol: But if they're including the Model T and other cars from that era, this opens up many new possibilities for the GT4 car list. Perhaps the estimate of 1000 cars may not be too crazy after all.

GT4. Bring it on!
