Not so fast my friend , That was a Callaway Vette. He mostllikely meant factory original. Unless Callaway sneaks in.

Then again i remember reading every version of the VW Golf was going be in to. sEems possible to have a few "all version cars" that are not Japanease.

Funny thing to name a car though. I Hope it's faster than it sounds.

I'm a GT fan for sure... Nice article !!!

But, a little bit "light" IMO.

Porsche are not in GT4...at least we have no prouf ... so far... we only have Ruf pics... ( which are - on more time - not Porsche )

If you read it twice, you see that you do not really learn alot...

At least, they only give us blurry inputs ..and our hope/minds do the rest ...

(moreover, I do not find that the 10' penalty is a real good idea for offline gaming ... hopefully we can unselect it !!! )
 
I would just like to say, that the Sledgehammer, does not in any way, interest me, it was built for top speed, it would, and this is the truth, get beaten on a track by a TVR Tuscan S. That said, current TVR's are showing up almost every supercar known on the track.

Yesss! I was just thinking about it the other day: "wouldn't it be great to have all corvettes, mustangs (and camaro's and the like) ever made, because they are both legendary series."


And now voila my wish granted! Just like when i said that I would love to see the new BMW M5 in!

So my next wish (to be granted next week;)) is: All Lamborghini's, Ferrari's and Porsches ever made to be confirmed for GT4! :p
 
why people saying bad things about chaparral. the chaparral 2e was one of the most historic racing cars ever as it was the first to use wings to provide downforce. Gt4 is all about driving different cars from different era's and seeing how they compare. The chaparral will be one of the most fun cars in gt4 to drive i bet because its the sort of car that will oversteer in a 200mph sweeper which is always fun.

"Every Corvette" does not mean every single version of the Corvette ever built. They probably merely mean just at least 1 example of a C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5.

Yes I was kinda hoping for that also...I don't want a 1997 Z06, and a 2000 Z06. Probably nearly the same car. At least we'll be getting a variety of the same car...plus many more.

Thats what I was thinking too. And is most likey the case. As far as every Mustang they could easily skip the 80's and no one would care :lol:

If they actually included the 80's 'stangs, that would be probably the only reason not to buy GT4! :lol:

Seriously, I'm doubtful about the validity of that article... There's a lot of stuff that's way too shady.
 
I wonder if PGR2 is shaking in its boots about GT4...

The game is scheduled for Fall 2004, seems like. So no matter what, we will welcomely welcome GT4 to America. Who knows? The first EB store to get Gran Turismo 4 will probably have people fighting each other for copies of the game. You know, like with Tickle Me Elmo, those God-ugly Furbys, that sort of thing? Maybe the game would get an "Teen" rating for "High chances of having your game disk stolen by other devoted GT fans." GT4 is going to kick SO MUCH ASS...

I'm sure it's not, it's allready sold more then enough to care. PGR2 still has some ups on GT4 it seems, the main one being that it's actually out lol, and I get to race people online...NOW! :D GT4 will be better ofc, so don't moan or winge.


damn I mentioned PGR2 again...what's wrong with me lol

why isnt the penalty for offline mode good? is it because u want to wall ride your way through gt4:trouble: :p

The penalty system can be annoying at times (in Prologue at least), especially when you race on "hard". Sometimes they penalize you for slightly tapping the wall. It does make you a better driver though....just annoying when you are doing time trials.
