Are these renders? Sorry if they are. :irked: And I think these are pics of the Hong Kong track.

hey its not your fault. you didnt know theyd already been posted.

Thoes pics are good enough to be in two threads, that track will be ace.

Why does every1 say they hope it's not a render? It looks very realistic but the Fuji track looks more realistic and better imo, hell the NYC track looks better to me.

Because renders are not in the actual game. There only used for tests etc.

I think they are not renders. I think I know where they came from. They are not renders but they did not come from the game. Why are there no cars and jaggies you ask? :D It came STRAIGHT out of the program that they use to make the tracks... Who agrees? ;)

That would make sence.

They're renders. They look great, though, but I don't much care for the track. I want to race on a track that looks like the real thing, something you'd see on TV. How often do they hold races downtown at dusk?

LOL, that's true, I think the Fuji track looks alot more realistic and looks fun as hell at race on.

That's why I couldn't enjoy the Laguna course in GT3 as much as I would have liked. I've been to a few races there, and seen a lot on tv, and never saw a race that wasn't held midday under the bright SoCal sun, with blue skies, and fluffy white clouds. So, what did we get in GT3? Dusk.

The China Course looks great graphic wise, but I hate the time of day, and I'm not going crazy for the bright neon signs that hang close over the course either. The New York Course looked much better. The neon signs were higher up and didn't bother you as much. I don't think I will enjoy this track, but we'll see.

actually ingame screens are renders too... :D
but i get what you mean. I think they maybe rendered vids and not ingame renders but if they are ingame then damn!!

Track looks great, detail is great regardless of whether these shots are 'rendered' or not.

My only gripe is that it's not set in the middle of the night, or at least when it's dark. I want a GT track that is genuinely dark, a track where your headlights actually do some work. Of course, a city track like this will never be really dark, but I'd appreciate a track like Deep Forest in almost pitch black - fun.

that would be nice.... and to add some juice your headlights might fail you like in CMR 2.0.... and adding some xtra lights would be sweet as well!
