Skid marks don't take much power at all. Just calculate how much the tires are slipping, the more it slips, the darker the line. That's a basic way to do it.

You can do it on how much weight is on a side of a car. Sharp turn left, weight shift right. Tires screech. Coincide how dark the lines are to how loud the screech (which is typically done using weight)
