So here's my idea, pd putts in like a "killcam". Let me explain, after an online race is done the winner will be able to be in like a free run and can do whatever Luke doughnuts and stuff and the other players in the lobby get to watch that player on like replay view. What do you think? I think this would be pretty awesome!
 
A replay of the last 10 seconds would be better, but it's fine how it is.
 
Sounds stupid, however be comforted in the fact that in the 0.000001 secs it took me to dismiss that idea, it would take PD even longer.

Well it won't last long maybe maximum of 10 seconds or free run

This is a good idea, but I'm not entirely sure if PD will actually carry this idea out.

Not all NASCAR drivers do burnouts or doughnuts after a win. Some drivers simply do a victory lap while others get more creative and do other things. The purpose of the doughnuts and other celebrations is more or less a salute to that drivers fans.

And I'm pretty sure all of us don't have that many "fans" to be honest 👎 .

I never said I like this idea nor did I say I had fans so I'm not sure why you are taking a shot at me. I was simply answering his question. Personally, I don't like the idea.

Actually I dont think he was.

Anyway I like the idea people could come up with more elaborate ways of celebrating.

Maybe they could show you a short replay of every overtake in that race. Considering a killcam in "Call Of Duty" shows how you were killed, a kilcam in GT could show how you got overtaken/killed. You could then have an option to save these short replays.

I think this idea is more suitable for GT5 I think. But then again this isn't Call of Duty :crazy: .

I think a short "highlights" replay would be good, Fifa esc

Not every driver does it and I'm quite sure the others 42 drivers are lining up on pit road to watch. Fun for the winner, not for the losers. I wouldn't watch, would actually be worse than some of the messages you get. Talk about rubbing it it,......it's a video game!
 
The last thing I want is a useless feature that takes time away from racing. Adding a few seconds at the end of each race adds up to less time on the track.
 
I would much prefer a feature like on-going commentary during any race (this can be turned off if you wish). This would be where you can hear what going on in the race, like you would on the TV. It would let you know who’s overtaking who, who’s in the lead and include things like the commentator/s getting excited when near misses and tight over taking happen. Would also be great for watching replays. Alongside a free roaming replay system where you can choose to be in any part of the crowd at any time. Think of being able to watch the race you just did from a new perspective, along with the race commentary over the speakers round the whole track, also being able to take photos like you currently can. This would be just like going to watch a real race! I think this could be a real winner. But doubt anything like this to be included. :grumpy:

Exactly my (previous) point.

The game takes long enough to get to the important bits without frippery being added.

Some do want this idea to be put forward, some don't. Although I wouldn't mind having this added to GT5, I'm not quite sure others would be happy about it.
 
I think the little picture of my driver with my name beside it and my winning catch phrase are enough to be honest.

I agree with ya on that. But I think only the race winning pass/photo finish should be shown. It's tedious to add a 10 second celebration than it is to do a replay of the winning pass.
