New Members able to have Custom title & Avatar?

I've seen members with 20 posts or so with custom titles and avatars.

I thought you had to a 100 or the Avatar and 500 + 90 Days of membership to have the custom title. Here is a example I recently found.

NOTE: RyosukeFCDS i'm not picking on you, i'm just pointing out something that shouldn't be done when other members are having the problem and they've been here much longer.
Please don't get annoyed when you see this thread.
 
i think its a new Vb.3 feature. because im on another forum rarely go to it. and i got custom avatar and staus or title... and its also Vb.3.

do you think he missed it? or when u go over a number of days...(example 600 days or more than two years being inactive). well lets wait till jordan sees this.

I screwed up the member promotion system when we upgraded to vB3, and a few members were able to take advantage of the situation before I realized the error and fixed it. There's another thread on this from a few weeks ago. If you find any more users like this please let me know, so I can remove their avatar and title.

wait, i was new and i only had 20 posts. then i had the opportunites to get my own avatar.. then i wanted to change it and i lost it! :( i guess i have to write up 100 posts (i'm almost there :P) only if i can spam.. hahaha
