Probably. The developers do tend to think ahead to cars that are coming out, and not just ones that will be old by the time the game comes out.

Which list is that, because there isnt an official list yet, just rumored lists, but maybe it will and maybe it wont, but in GT3 didnt they have a seleen Mustang, so maybe it'll return, and yea hopefully older mustangs will make it into GT4 aswell...

The new V6 mustang is very very unattractive. The wheels are awful. To hell with retro classics mix n match remakes.

Yes but in my experience looking at pictures of cars doesn't come close to seeing them in person. So you may say it's ugly (which it really isn't), but wait until you see it in person. I think you'll be suprised.

On topic, I think that the "production" model Mustang would be a squeeze, because they still have a while to release it. Things could change such as the engine; I do however, think that the concept could be put into the game.

The official specsfor the production models including the Cobra have been releasedso PD could have it in, but I reckon just the concept is more likely.

the list im talking about is the one thats on gtplanet...the unofficial one...even though its unnoficial it would still be great if the cars that are on there make it into the game

That'd be the (year?) Mustang SVT Cobra R, not Saleen.

Dodge charger, I dont need to see the V6 Mustang in person to know its not pretty at all. That picture here is the concept. The production V6 and GT have totally different front ends. The V6 has classic style rims that look really bad with the high profile tires.

There was a Saleen Mustang in GT2, the SR Widebody, the Home Improvement race car. It merely didn't say Saleen anywhere on it.

They got more then that. . . those Stangs on the left are more then mere Stangs . . . They are either Supercharged, Turbochrger, Nitroused out, or have crate engines in them. . . sometimes more then one.

yeah the 2000 cobra R...i believe they make a cobra R every 5 years...cant wait for the 05 one

I would love that! I loved the 5.0 Mustangs, my Uncle had one until some '90's model Chevy truck blind-sided him. Uncle was ok, but the car was gone.

Mustangs rule. No doubt, I was really dissapointed with only one Mustang in GT3. I'm also not fond of that cars sound(in GT3)..

The newer Mustangs make a nice LM Car concept. To me, I thought the newer Mustangs were styled like an Aston Martin, rather than a reborn American car. But since then, I tihnk the newer Mustangs are kind of stylish. Same goes to the Shelby Cobra at the North American Auto Show this year (also featured on TLC show "Rides").

To me, I think Ford is really churning out stylish American cars. Good one, Ford. Nice job recreating the older Mustang. I just wish it had maybe a few less curves. It kind of lacks the all-business stance of the 1964 1/2 model we know and love. Maybe in the future, the car will be more aggressive and look a bit more all-business. Outside of my character, but imtimidate the other American cars and the imported challengers.

Anyhow, new Mustang? You got it. It would be interesting to see these two Mustangs reborn as well:

(1) Kenny Brown Club Sport Racer
(2) Boss 302 in Orange and black (after all, the new Mustang has those styling cues. So why not make it happen, blue oval boys/girls?)

Well I know the pictures were concepts but thats all I could find of it, and the production car which ive seen in a road and track magazine looks almost the same just a few changes, so thats pretty much what it will look like... and didnt GT3 have a Saleen race car in it? and whats this about less curves, what they were proably.. i mean most likely doing was making it look old but new at the same time, they just wanted to copy the older style but give it a 2005 look with more curves it, But I think its a great looking mustange and to me way better than the ones out now, even thought I like the ones out now I just like the 05 better...

Nice 5.0.....what gt4 is in need of is a 95' cobra r and a good ol' 2001 cobra...im sick of lookign at the 00' Cobra r, it gets old......hey are they bringing back the used car lot?

i dont think that they are even making a cobra in 2005...i dont think they are making a cobra r then either.....but i have a feeling that they will bring the cobra back in 06

look for the cobra next year...i was reading one it in the new mm&ff...ford is even thinking about the mach 1 and bullit of late 05 early 06...no telling with ford tho..

gt4 needs the 86 mustang svo....gotta rep the 2.3 turbos
