These dome style cockpit concepts give me flashbacks of late 80's early 90's concepts.

Does anyone bother to read a thread other than the first post? That car was not designed by Pininfirina; it was designed by some guy at Autoweek who thought he knew what he was doing.

happens a lot at this forum

It looks alright. Anyone else notice the body behind the Zagato in the 3rd pic?Doesn't look like any current ferrari. I wonder what it is.
This one?

Isn't that an F430?

That's what ?I was thinking, but if it's not, who say's it has to be a Ferrari, Zagato don't do Ferrari's only.

Looks abit like a Gallardo shell to me (behind the Ferrari)

Whatever it is, it won't look exactley the same as the prouction car it's based on. Could be a Gallado, never seen a Zagato Lambo before though.

Exactley, they're more a Grand Tourer coach builder than anythin else.

Lambos are the dogs danglies.

Ferrari are roumored to be planning o making a baby scagletti aimed at the aston V8 vantage.

Ferrari are always rumoured to be making something new, I don't think a 911 Carrera and AM V8 Vantage rival with a prancing horse badge would be a good thing. Might sell like the clappers actually, but it'd lower Ferrari's image.

It reminds me of teh Maserati bird cage concept.

Who cares what it loosk like. It'll go like stink and it's one of a kind. How many braggin rights do you need?

None of these sketches are that close according to Ferrari insiders.

This little Ferrari, as said, was taken as a used Enzo.
The owner bought the Enzo and before putting a mile on it, ordered Pininfarina to make him a 1-off of the Enzo.

You want the more-real-to-life car?
Here's her sketch.
(Credits to UCP for getting it).

The car will be show at Pebble Beach later this year.

The new Zagato 575GTZ looks INCREDIBLE! It's exactly what I'd expect from the P4/5 in terms of ideology. It looks so modern and yet so classic (and classy) that I can't help but love it. If only I had the money for a V12 :(.

A waste.
The 575 lived life perfect as a Maranello and a SuperAmerica.
This just kills any beauty the Grand Tourer had.
Ferrari seems to obsessed with it's 612 Scag. designs.

Look up on the 350GT.
Zagato redid one on a shorter chassis back in the 60's. However, they took a little styling cues from Ferrari when designing it.

Oh...my.

since when did Pininfarina start making UGLY cars? Donald Trump's fired for less!

I'd ask Pinin to do it over. Perhaps do like Ford did and make a replica P4 on a modern chassis.

That's not how it looks, that's an according to sources, well off the mark artists impression.

Actually a guy on Ferrarichat drew that sketch, and Jim said it was a good sketch, but not close at all. He also said no sketches he's seen have been anywhere near close.

BTW, there's no "Ferrari insiders" talking about this car. Ferrari has nothing to do with the car at all, they just happened to make the car it was based on.

I know, but there are Pininfarina insiders who have talked about the car.

He mentioned Ferrari insiders. Thus, the info is either guessing or outright false, because Ferrari knows none of the details of this car.
