Just finished doing the new a-spec

400pp - Mitsubishi 3000GT SR '96
550pp - Suzuki swift sports '07
650pp - Pagani Zonda LM race car

Won races easily with these cars , hope this as helped

400pp: I just ran the Delorean at Deep Forest just about stock, with just an oil change and SH tires installed and was pleasantly surprise at how well it handled (TC:off ABS:1 Bias:default) and how easily I defeated the Prelude. Almost felt guilty not leaving the CS tires on it.

500pp: Shelby Series I SC far from stock but stock weight (1202kg.), SS tires (no aids other than ABS:1). Easy win.again, I should have used lesser grade tires.

650pp: Nissan GT-R GT500 Stealth Model tuned to 650pp with Stage 3 tune and down-force. RH tires (no aids other than ABS:1). This was a fight to the end. 6.003 sec. behind w/2 laps left and no traffic. Caught GT-R Concept LM at the last turn and had to make a hairy pass on the outside (it had inside blocked). Great fun!

Prize: Ferrari California '08 in Avorio

650pp - Nissan GT-R N24 Schulze Motor Sports '11

Chat soon. :)

400PP - Mazda RX-8

500PP - Chevrolet Camaro SS

650PP - Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 TC

:)

Yeah I'm still only lvl 32 so lucky these challenges don't expire! On the plus side i'll be a pro at the 'ring by the time I grind my arse to lvl 40

I'm only level 32 too....so hard to get XP on A-Spec...

400PP - Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II...Great car, easy win. Only had to detune it by 2PP.
500PP - Lexus LFA....Heavily detuned...but it still feels great!
650PP - McLaren F1 Fina GTR Race Car - Easy and fun win, should always use this car if you don't have a Chaparral 2J. A real bang for your buck.

Level 11 ticket car - Peugeot 206 Rally Car '99 :D:D:D:D

NODNOL - 871 selim

Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast.

Not fond of London, (Too many Manchester United fans live there) but this layout felt tremendous in a GSX-R4 and then a Lotus Esprit V8.

Deep Forest Raceway - Shame not a reverse layout for a change. Comfort soft tastic. - Only 3 laps...

Laguna Seca - Ah well - After Nurburg - a devestatingly easy track for the 650's

i used stock GT 86 for the 400 tuned 86 for the 500 and the Zonda Race car for 650

Wow what a comment! :D

I'm guessing you didn't have the game before the massive seasonal payouts!
Now that was hard getting to level 40 without those, you all don't know the horrible horrible grinding you bypassed! Haha :p :D

Enjoy the slog the last few take so much xp :ouch:

400pp in ft86.. Passed everyone in lap1 and won by half a lap.. Lol

500pp in lotus Evora - piece of cake. Won by some 10sec first try.

650pp i got some tricky competition - mclaren gtr and zonda lm. Took few tries in mclaren gtr but finally won by some 6sec. Was running low 1.20s and broke the barrier in last lap wth 1.19.980 :). Passed the other gtr in second corner of lap5.

400pp - Honda - Prelude Type S '98 (easy money)
500pp - Suzuki - GSX-R/4 Concept '01 (SH, drift fun, memorable replay)
650pp - Audi - Audi R8 LMS Race Car (Team PlayStation) #5 '09 (RH, fully tuned, nice and easy)(but no Zonda and/or BMW - McLaren F1 GTR Race Car among rivals)

I need advice please, I want to tackle the London reverse track:

Need a Purple Car, with Green Rims, (ofcourse, leave that to me to send it to GT Auto)
==> Vintage British car, rumbly and roary sound (which exhaust to use?)

what can I use? Jaguar racecar came to mind, perhaps way over 500pp'd

reason, it's for a replay for a special friend.

Audi A2 with SH, stage 1 tune + lightened, pp at 327 gives good win at DFR

jensen interceptor? Brits love it.. ;)

Lambob - A stock Esprit V8 should do - but that is 98/02.

A tuned up EType could do It I guess.

Griffith is one of the cars in the Ai pack... Maybe an AC Cobra - but the top will be up.

Perhaps a Caterham (Lotus 7) wold capture some "The Prisoner" Vibe - Dangerman and the 60's English spy thing... But then the incar driver will look - Modern too.

nice events specialy the London one

deep forrest: FT-86 Concept' 09
London Reverse: V-12 Vatange tuned with aero and some racing mods to 500 PP
Lagina Seca: first MAzda RX8 LM (stock) but didn't cut it, then Mazda RX-7 TC Won on 1 attempt (wanted to stay with track sponsor)

Lv 11 Ticket got me a california :(

UCD yielded me a nice ride for that tho
a 2000 Ford Falcon XR8 :)

Just beat this Challenge...my first time beating a seasonal event!

Used the GT86 for the 400 race

Used the Lancer Evo VI GSR TM SCP '99 from the dealership for the 500 race

Used the GTR R35 TC from my DLC cars for the 650 race...won by 7 seconds

Gift car = Gran Turismo 350z RS, in Diamond Black Pearl. :)

Do you know if it's possible to cancel a modification on a car ? My GSX-R/4 Concept '01 eat to much slim fast and now i can't compete in 500 PP anymore. I tried the special ticket of PD but that change nothing (or maybe i don't know how to use it). Does anyone have a solution ? If the english isn't perfect, forgive me, i'm french.

I knew I should have bought the OCD mclaren!

Won both 400pp and 500pp with DC5 Integra, 650pp with Minolta 88CV, easy win ... they should make these races a lot harder, with standing start, tire and fuel, same tires, and longer laps ..

Delta HF integrale for the 400pp. Lovely ride on comfort softs. One of the best cockpit views in the game in my opinion.
Elise 111r for London not my favorite track though...
Easy, and lazy, gold on Laguna Seca with a Stealth GT-R on racing softs. Too late, too tired to go for a real challenge.
Tomorrow I'll try different cars

anyone want to trade for the lvl11. im drunk and i will send anything sendable as i keep going off on the 650pp race. check my sig or i can buy anything tradeable. just send a FR and the lvl 11 and i will send whatever to first person.

Has anyone tried both the Mini Cooper S '11 and Mini Countryman in the 400PP race yet? I've tried it and WHOA! is it ever fun. :D

You can add some ballast to put some weight back on. Should be able to make it 500PP again

After i did this event the UCD had the original audi tt in it, it has 398pp so i reckon that could be a good car for DFR. I nearly stuffed it up by giving it an oil change though, which would have boosted the pp over 400!

For the 400pp, I used the GT86. Easy enough.
500pp - 2 tries in the Camaro SS '10, but the rabbit was an NSX '02 and absolutely flying. I said screw it and detuned my GT-R '07. No rabbit this time, so no competition.
650pp - I'm lazy and usually just pull out my 2J. I think I have had it set at 650pp for a couple months now. :D

I won myself another Yellowbird. :scared: I'm thinking of tuning it or my older one.
