yup belive it or not this is actually a honda accord, the kit runs about 19,000 usd, plus the cost of buying the honda accord and any mods you wish to make (1993 year works perfectly) you use many parts of the honda and this stunning car is the result. :D

Seen this on GTP a couple of times already I think. Not these pics though. Personally, I think it looks pretty dodgy, but that's just me I guess.

EDIT: That GT-R rear in your sig. is very creative GTR_guy! 👍

I've posted a yellow one before but I think this one looks better, plus its turbocharged :D

Thanks on the sig thing, I was trying to figure out how to add tires and a spoiler but its not working out.

Leave it as it is, mate. It looks good!

I don't think I understand the point. A $19,000 kit? For an 11 year old car? I've got a `93 Accord, but I'm not about to drop $19,000 on it! Hell, that's like 2/3 the way to a BRAND NEW S2000.

And, correct me if I'm wrong, but I see absolutely no remaining Accord parts in that car. The windshield is even sloped different. They've replaced the frame, engine, body, interior ... where's the Accord?

Aslong as there is ap package deal with the females in the pics....sign me up ! I am not too big on kit cars that are made to look like another manufacturers, but in this case, I will give two thumbs up !

It doesn't look like any other car I've seen....

I think that's what he means.

$19k on top of the price of a 93 Accord is damn cheap for such a badass looking car. I'd love to own it.

Look at post 4.
I would love to own both :D

Sweet looking car, but if it is running on an Accord drivetrain, that would mean it's front wheel drive. Big no-no for me (with the exception of hatches).

And I'd rather take a used S2000 for the price of that car. At least you would be able to insure an S2000.

If the engine's in the back then it's more then likely no longer front wheel drive.

I believe this kit is made by a Russian company made K2?

No, that means it's mid engined, rear wheel drive.

It's a kit car, it's not an Accord, but it uses the Accord as a donor car for the motor and some other stuff.

Yeah, I'm still going to have to say "negatory" to that. I don't find it to be a particularly attractive car, and I also don't see the point. Color is nice. If you want an MR just get a Toyota MR-2 Mk II and paint it the same color. Slap in a turbo and some new wheels / tires.

That is so cool!
I'm just worried that it might be a case of all show, no go.

A turbo Honda four has to have at least a little go. ;)
I love the exposed front suspension.

The Volvo C70 Coupe in the top picture is nice.

That car weighs less than a lotus elise and has 400 BHP, I's say thats plenty of "go"

It does?
Wow.

I'd still take the Volvo though.

Now you have my attention. However, after it's all said and done a Lotus Elise or Honda S2000 is still a better buy, and could be cheaper ... depending.

  • Keep in mind you have to assemble this vehicle - that's not free.
  • Keep in mind you have to insure this vehicle - I assume this wouldn't be cheap.
  • Keep in mind it's instantly worth beans when you're done - the Elise and S2000 have a couple of the highest vehicle value retention rates available.

What does it cost to assemble the "Attack"? I would venture several thousand dollars, and lots of time. Where this vehicle is very track oriented, so is the Elise. The S2000 becomes very track oriented with the addition of a hard top and removal of the softtop and associated parts.

I like the paint and exposed suspension. The PWR is nice also. I'd still take an S2000.

Yes, but personally I've seen an S2000, how many of these have you seen on the streets? Also driving it around and telling somone you built it rocks, not only that but handing peoples asses to them would rule too. I love the S2000, but they are pretty common.

I don't know that I would call the S2000 "pretty common", or even "semi-common". They are more rare than the Z4, 350Z roadster, Porsche Boxster, Mustang GT Convertible, and ... well I guess the only thing more rare than the S2000 in its class is the TT Roadster ... for a reason (:

However, you are correct in the badassness of this vehicle. I will not deny you that pleasure. I just don't feel it is an intelligent choice for ownership. Much like a Viper or Corvette. Both very amazing vehicles. If given the opportunity I would drive any of the three for a day and hand over the keys when it's time to go home.

Why are we comparing this to other factory-production cars? Viper? Vette? S2000? Please. It is a kit car, and kit cars are not about reliablilty, factory waranties, or usability. Think about it--the person building this car can configure a lot of very personalized options--right down to the frame. You can't do that with a S2000.

Instead, lets compare it to the Factory five cobra clones, the Panoz Esperante, etc. Does anyone have 0-60 times? Roadholding?

Good call - we are out of line.

What's the open wheeler that usually has a big 7 on the nose? Caterham? Those things rock bawls
