New Posts Button?

Just wondering, is there any possible way to put a 'New Posts' button at the bottom of the page too? Because I really hate scrolling all the way down to read and then all the way back up to click on New Posts. Just wondering--this is something that has bothered me for a while now.

You could hit the "Home" button on your keyboard. That brings the page to the very top in a snap.

Thanks. And what is it on an Apple computer? Seeing as that's the only one with internet access that I can use every so often within 70 miles.
