After the old one broke down a year ago (Blueray failure) I recently bought a new one, must admit after I saw that the Francochamps circuit became available in GT5.

I got my first as a christmas present almost 4 years ago I think and registrated on the psn network the same night albeit a bit under the weather from the spirits that night.

Afterwards I realized that I had no clue what I used for pasword but this didn't seem a problem as I automaticly could log on.

However now with my new ps3 it's obvious it won't log in automaticly and I tought no problem I just create a new acount.

But it seems that its impossible to take my GT5 game with me to the new ps3, I'v got the gamefile on a usb stick but I can't find what to do from there.

Any tips out there?

If you select 'forgot my password' it usually emails a link for you to reset it. Then, when you are logged in, reload your save file and it should work.

Oh yes, I'm sorry that I didn't make it clear,

I did the fergot password procedure, but it seemed that my email addy had a spelling mistake so the mail won't arrive

Probally means I'l have to contact sony but there isn't really an email addy anywhere for this stuff

Dont do this via cell phone. Will not work

Try to back up your entire hard drive from old ps3 and restore it to the new one

there's a chance you will get all the setting including your passwords
so you wont need to enter it on the new ps3.

In order to do that, you need another USB hard drive with FAT32 format

hope it helps
