It's available on gran-turismo.com, I just checked. I also checked this morning as soon as I got up but it wasn't available then. I wish I lived closer to work, I would totally go home during lunch to download the new stuff

Edit: Sorry, jumped the gun a bit. The info is on the site but doesn't say if it's available yet. My bad

The PS store updates around 5PM EST the new DLC will be available then.
