I've recently had a PM from βlackbird explaining that he has had problems posting a New Thread on GTP. Here is the PM discussing what the problems are:

I type it up and when I press Submit New Thread it either does nothing(doesn't load), it says page cannot be displayed(error of ISP), or from GTP "No thread specified.....Contact webmaster" message.
I would think that the "No Thread Specified" indicates that he has not entered a Thread Title. But the non-loading and the error messages to me, indicates problems with his internet. I should have asked whether he was running Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, IE, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like he didn't type a message. All he did was hit create thread. You don't necessarily name your post, but he does need to name the thread. If this isn't it, maybe it took him too long to create the thread so the server timed out on him or something and when he hit refresh it cleared his message and then he hit create thread it tried to make a thread without text.

Well it seems his problem is fixed. He just made one in the GTA Forum. I think his problem is over. Don't know what he did, though.

If anyone was interested, he is using a Yahoo! browser for ADSL. Never heard of it myself, but that could have been part of the problem.

Yahoo! make a browser now? You know the world's in a bad state when that's happening

I'm on a different computer that is why I'm making threads. This computer has the same browser and it's working fine. Is it my computer?

Yes, it obviously has something to do with your computer. I really am at a loss to explain it, since I do not have any experience at all with the browser you are using.
