On 31st of July this year a new Video game console will be revealed In the Bairro dos Índios, Olhão(Algarve) Portugal, this new console is being made by Barra404 group and will compete against PS4, XBOXONE and Wii U.


"The company gets to describe the console as being the best in the world, and promise to revolutionize. The name of the console, as well as hardware and games are still secret. Some details have been confirmed by the company, as the possibility of increasing the RAM and indicates that the media is DVD."

This is a joke, surely. No respectable company hosts their website on weebly, neither do they have an awful grasp of English when claiming to be launching a console to rival two of the biggest companies on the planet.

Another Details:
1º Best console world and specifications that are a revolution.

4° The graphics are impressive, being told that it will be difficult to distinguish fact from fiction.

It would appear that games consoles may be the new 'bespoke supercar' with an American V8 crate engine...

... Which never actually manage to materialise, and if they do, they're not often any good.
 
Those "bespoke supercars" can still drive on any existing road. A videogame console requires a continued supply of compatible software. It's not enough to just launch hardware.

Is all true, iam not joking at all. These information is avaible on the oficial site, see the link in OP, but is only in Portuguese. I translate because the event will be held in Algarve, maybe someone in this site will go to Algarve- tourist place- and can be interest to see/visit this event.

How long have they been talking about making this? The Ouya has been talked about for around a year now and has just been released a few weeks ago but where's the news about this system other than that one article? Also when's it supposed to be released? I don't speak Portuguese.
