I have just seen this advert from VW, I really like it, I think it would be very popular in the UK but I doubt they will show it here, unless they filmed it with a Golf too. It's a theme they could run with for many promotional campaigns, definitely a Force to be reckoned with.
Although it would be a point lost on half the population not knowing what it meant. A refreshing change as 99% of the car adverts I see are for women. But maybe that's why it's an American advert and America targets men for car purchases? Seems women choose the cars here in the UK. Another reason why this would not work in the UK because the family involved would be considered disgustingly rich and unappealing because of resentment, the house and rooms are huge, the house has a driveway you can actually drive along, shock. In the UK cars are normally advertised parked randomly on the public street on a row of terraced houses. We are poor.
Oh and in the UK we have things called number/registration plates.
Anyway I digress, enjoy it you must!
